I have had the phone for almost 2 years, in the first 6 months it started freezing and opening applications on its own, and the touch screen would randomly press itself. The screen is very fragile, it broke once and I had it replaced under warranty, but the same issues with the touch screen persisted. One day it broke again and I had it replaced at a Pakistani store where I had the option to choose a higher quality screen for 40-50 euros. Since then, the touch screen problem has not reappeared and everything is fine now. The battery drains quickly, but the Pakistani store owner told me that in the future, I can replace it with a 5000mAh battery if I want. The signal is good, but it's not meant for heavy usage
Unacceptable behavior, my charger broke and they replaced it. They initially said chargers only have a 6-month warranty, then changed it to 12 months, and finally replaced it for me. They sent it to me via courier at my own expense of 12€. The charger is the simplest on the market, not worth even five euros. They even charge for shipping in the service! Stay away from 20r 5g
The battery is its major drawback... without forcing it, it lasts for a day... also, many times it loses its settings in sound... but overall, for its price, it is a good proposition...
It is good as a phone, it does what it promises and has no issues except for the Hotspot. It sends a Wi-Fi signal, but even though other devices can see it and the password has been entered, it does not provide internet. Tested with a PS5, another TCL phone, and a Samsung tablet. An even bigger problem occurs when I enable 5G for the same thing.
A very good and powerful mobile phone came out. I gave it as a gift to my mother. She loved it and found it very fast. She mainly uses it for social media, so she didn't have any problems with app updates. I recommend it!

Beautiful as a mobile phone, for general use and for someone who doesn't have many demands. A very good value for money to get your work done. The biggest negative I can identify is its battery, a big disappointment as it only lasts about 12 hours with moderate use and some games throughout the day. Hence the 4 stars.
I bought 2 to give them as first phones to my daughters. I am completely satisfied with the purpose I bought them for. They are definitely worth the money and more. Good battery life, satisfactory camera, no lagging, and clear sound during calls. The build quality is satisfactory. The only thing left to see is how long they will last, but it seems like they will last quite a while.

I hope my hands get cut off if I ever buy TCL again. It has never lasted for 6 months and the touch screen gets stuck to the point where you want to break it. It also freezes like a mobile phone for no reason, without even downloading a single application! I bought a Xiaomi for my wife for 70€ less and it is superior in quality. Also, it doesn't have a radio.
And to mention something positive, it takes nice photos. Videos are clear, but only in daylight. You can hear/ring the bell during calls.

Time will tell for its durability. Edit: At 129 euros that I bought it, there is a difference compared to the 249 euros that I see..... whoever caught it, saw the gentleman. The phone received an Android upgrade and remains excellent.
It is fast and has never crashed. I have no demands for photos, it has NFC and 5G. I also had a 50 euro gift voucher, so I managed with 100 euros. I consider expensive phones a waste of money.
I was looking for a vfm smartphone and this particular phone caught my attention because of its storage capacity (128gb), its connectivity (5G), but mostly because of its price (I got it for 100€ due to a gift voucher). Well, the phone is great in everything except for its selfie camera, which doesn't have many options for editing the image. Personally, it doesn't bother me because you can download another camera app from the play store. Otherwise, the phone is fast for almost all tasks. I had some concerns about the brand name TCL because I come from Xiaomi and Poco, which are more well-known, but after reading online about the TCL 20 series, it was mentioned that it will receive Android 12 and security updates every 2 months for 2 years from its release, so I bought it and I didn't regret it because I was looking for a phone like this.
There is a problem with the processor overheating when the 5G is on with other applications. Additionally, the battery drains relatively quickly and fast charging is not really fast
Buy at €179 from a well-known chain, Greek dealership, etc. First impressions are very good. Light with good grip and very beautiful. Fast, excellent screen, very good wifi connectivity, haven't tried it on 5G yet, very good light, easy and user-friendly U.I., okay sound, loud and clear in calls and media, great photos and videos (considering the absence of OIS), NFC functionality. For this price, I couldn't find a processor (or equivalent) that other companies offer!
I have had the mobile for 3 months. I have to say that it has a very powerful and clear sound and also very fast, I use it a lot for social media and it runs quickly, but it also has a very good battery life. Now the photos are average but for me they are good, if someone wants very high resolution they should look for another model. I will come back in the near future for more clarification, but as a mobile it is worth its money!
