It's exactly what I expected after so much research and watching videos (with headphones, to understand its sound quality). Take it with closed eyes if you're looking for good sound in a very convenient size!

Positives:
- Incredible sound for its size, in every frequency. If you listen to music without seeing it, you'll think it comes from a bigger speaker!
- The blue color is very beautiful. I was thinking of getting the black one, but I didn't like that the letters are also black. Also, I saw in photos that it turns purple in the sun, so I was afraid it might fade.
- The buttons have a very good touch, and the sound effects when you open/close it are perfect!
- You can tell its quality just by its weight, and the bass it can play surprised me!
- Great construction and sealing. No matter what you play, you won't hear any creaking or plastic sounds.
- The battery indicator light is useful and smart (it has several LEDs in a row that show the level - it's at the back, right next to the USB-C port).

Negatives:
- The only frequency it can't fully handle (due to its size and specifications) is the very low/deep bass. For example, in bass tests like 'Feel the bass (bass boosted)', which is perfectly reasonable because it's not a speaker system with a subwoofer! Of course, though, you can hear every frequency, all the bass, and the lows, just not like in a system with a sub.
- Pricey! Okay, it's amazing in its abilities, excellent quality, etc., but for 10€ more, I could have gotten the speaker system I have on my computer with 400W peak! (Logitech Z623)

  Anyone who has problems with the speaker's battery, cannot connect to the app, or feels that the sound is not as expected should try this. Press and hold the volume up button and the pause button for 10 seconds [all the lights will turn on]. Essentially, this way you reset the speaker to factory settings and it may solve any problem you have. This only applies to JBL Xtreme 3, JBL Flip 6, JBL Charge 5, JBL Boombox 3 [I don't know if it applies to older JBL models. Oh, and also Latin. If you want to connect 2 speakers from different brands, e.g., JBL with Sony or for example JBL with PartyBoost with a JBL that doesn't have it, then you can only do it through a Samsung mobile. Connect the 2 speakers via Bluetooth, then press multimedia output and select both speakers. After that, you are ready. I repeat, this only applies to Samsung phones that have the dual audio feature.

Out of the box, it has very good sound, but it would be good to download the app and do the latest update as it makes a huge difference in bass management and intensity.   The battery lasts for 2 and a half hours at full volume, it's not worth it and we're talking about a new one, what should I do? The other + were sent to the service to see... with telephone communication service, there is no solution, what's happening? You have to wait for 15 days. Finally, their answer is if you play a song without almost any lyrics and it lasts for 5 hours, it's okay. I was deceived by the positive reviews about the service and the good quality of the JBL.   Amazing speaker with awesome sound and deep bass. JBL warranty. I got it for 99€. I believe that up to this price it is simply perfect. Anything more is an exaggeration because then you pay for the name. Otherwise, it is super in everything and a key element is its battery that lasts 4-5 hours at 80-90% volume and is very good.

  I bought it as an upgrade from the JBL Flip 4. The differences are very noticeable in terms of bass, clear sound, and especially battery life. I have the CS model and I have to say that its sound is crystal clear, just like the TL and GG models (TL, GG, CS are the serial numbers of each speaker. Each one has a different number, which can be found on the bottom of the speaker box and on the strap). In terms of sound, it is extremely clear, the highs sound perfect, the bass is clean and distortion-free. Considering its size, it produces a really powerful sound compared to other speakers of the same size. The speaker also has an EQ (equalizer) that helps enhance the sound. The battery lasts 12 hours at 50% volume, 7-8 hours at 80% volume, and 5-6 hours at 100%, which is not bad at all. It is fully waterproof, so you don't have to worry about it getting wet or dirty, even if the charging port is exposed. From me, it's a 5/5 for the price of 120 euros!

  If there is water inside the charging port and you try to charge it, all the lights will start flashing, warning you that there is water inside and it needs to dry. Essentially, it protects it from any short circuit. Compared to the Flip 5, which had many issues with water getting inside the port.

  4/1/24: Update: I decided to get a second one so they can play in stereo and they sound amazing together for their size. The partyboost feature, which connects them, works perfectly and has a range of over 60 meters, which is simply insignificant but good to have for long distances. The second one I got is the GG model in terms of serial number, and the woofer is made of paper, BUT that doesn't mean it's not waterproof. It's a hard paper that doesn't tear no matter how long it stays in the water (tested!!). In the end, if anyone wants to make a stereo setup, it's definitely worth it. The price has also dropped to 89 euros, making it even more value for money!

  Very good speaker but there are big differences depending on the series from the factory... of course, you can't choose it beforehand, you will see it in the S/N starting with CS, GG and TL. It is good for everyone to put in the comments which series they had so we can determine which one sounds better because even though the specifications are the same, the materials used vary depending on the version. In my opinion, TL is the best but it doesn't have such good waterproofing, GG is similar with small differences in the bass and treble, and CS is the best waterproofed but has the worst sound in terms of vocals... good bass in general but the voice sounds like it's drowning as if something is blocking the speaker. However, whichever series you get, it is a very good speaker overall.

  I bought it based on reviews here and evaluations on YouTube. The speaker is very powerful. So far, I've only used it at home and haven't taken it to the beach yet, but indoors I play it at 30-40% volume and mainly listen to the radio. Up to this volume and with EQ adjustment, it has amazing sound quality with bass that you wouldn't expect from such a small speaker, and decent treble. I think this speaker delivers the maximum quality in the 30-50% power spectrum. Above that, there is some distortion, probably due to its size, as it starts to give more volume but loses quality. I consider it an excellent choice for someone who doesn't want to listen at the limits and wants quality. On the other hand, it has enough volume for 20W, but as it goes up, it loses quality. In the question of whether someone should choose it over the Flip 5? Yes, it's worth it. I've heard the 5 and I think it has clearer treble, possibly because of its tweeter. If it's worth it in its category? Taking into account size and weight, I don't think there's anything better in this category. You would have to go to another category for something better, which means losing portability. If there's something missing that I would like, it would be a 3.5mm jack or WiFi that would enhance its usefulness, but okay, then maybe its price would be different.

  On 27/7/2022, I adjusted the equalizer settings as a friend who wrote in an earlier review had done, and I can say that the sound has become even clearer, even at high volumes, around 70-90%.

  As of 25/08/2022, I intentionally used it on the beach during my vacation, at 40% volume as anything higher would disturb those around me. The bass is deep and the quality is good. And the cherry on top, one day a sudden wave reached the umbrella and took the speaker. I rinsed it with water and wiped it dry, and it was completely waterproof!
