I got it for the scooter tires but also in case I need it for a ball or something. It does the job just fine. I set the pressure psi beforehand and as soon as I connected it, it automatically showed the air pressure, you press OK and in about 1 minute it inflates them to the desired level (it stops automatically), but if you want you can continue. Also, because it screws onto the tire, when you unscrew it you will lose a bit of air (depending on how quickly you unscrew it). Anyway, it's a solution because gas stations either don't have air or the gauges are inaccurate. As for the noise, they say it's loud, well, it's a normal sound for such a machine, a passing bus makes a louder noise.
