    I bought it to have a little coolness because it can spray water (frozen and non-frozen), but after 3 uses, it stopped spraying. Just for the trash. Waste of money. From what I've seen, there are generally air coolers of this type (with plate spraying) and other ones with a sponge that simply stores water due to gravity and the fan just blows on the sponge. Both options are useless. I have a "air cooler" Rohnson R-871 (it's big) and I only use it as a humidifier in the room because it doesn't lower the temperature even by two degrees unless you have it hitting you, then you'll notice something. Generally, stay away from air coolers.
