    I purchased it after a dermatologist's recommendation, for local use every other night. It caused burns, intense redness that didn't go away for days, and peeling. I gave it several chances because I know its ingredients are very strong, but in the end, it simply didn't work.

    It is very effective! My dermatologist recommended it to me after treatment with indoxyl, as maintenance. It helped me a lot with the marks from the occasional pimples I get, but also when I have a pimple, I see that it heals much faster by using this cream. Its composition is a bit peculiar, what they say in the other comments is true, it forms something like little pieces, but as you spread it, they disappear. It's something that I consider normal. I use it at night and in the morning I use Ducray's kerancyl pp+.

    I have oily skin and it feels heavy on me. I get oily after 2-3 hours, but my dermatologist recommended it to me, so I use it every night. I have seen a difference in my skin along with the soap I use, so I don't know if it's definitely the cream that does the job.
    The only very negative thing is that it leaves some transparent particles on the skin that reflect light! Something like glitter.
