Defective series. Purchased 2 years and 2 months ago. Placed in a bedroom for 1-2 hours of use per day (evenings). It remained unused for a whole year due to staying in another house. Two months after the end of the 2-year warranty and practically not even a year of very light use, a series of LEDs on the screen burned out and the TV kept restarting constantly (unprofitable repair at a repair shop as it costs around 430 euros while the TV was purchased for 550 euros). I managed to find the burned out LED series and repaired it myself with Selotape (I found two or three relevant videos on YouTube, as the Q series often shows this defect, which if you touch it a little and it cuts you, you can do the job). It worked successfully for 2 months and now it burned out another LED series. It's a shame because I liked it as a TV. By the way, it's the second Samsung TV that burns out the panel immediately after the warranty expires. All my new TVs from now on will not be Samsung for at least a decade, until Samsung comes to its senses or changes its warranty-service policy.

The issue is not only the features of a television but also not having it for only 2-3 years, and the certainty is that within this period you will definitely need to change the panel... I bought it on 24/11/20 and in August 2022, after the appearance of horizontal black lines as thin as a hair and the phenomenon of trying to turn it on but only hearing sound and it automatically restarting for about 30 minutes, as time passed, the problem became more and more frequent. I contacted Samsung and the television went for repair within the warranty period for a panel replacement after 1 year and 3 months it had the same problem again. And even though article 4 of the Ministry of Development states "In case of replacement of the good or its spare part, the warranty is automatically renewed for the entire duration with regard to the new good or spare part, unless otherwise specified" (AH this unless otherwise specified, and why shouldn't they take advantage of it since they are given the right), Samsung states in its terms "Samsung's obligation under the warranty is limited to repairing the product or replacing the product or defective part, at its discretion. The repaired parts or replacement parts of the Samsung product will be provided on an exchange basis and will be either new or refurbished products, equally functional as new. The warranty period following the repair (with or without replacement of parts) will be equal to the remaining period of the initial warranty." And with a repair cost of over 400€, in which case they give you a 1-month warranty, tell me if you would want to go through this process? I never found out if they fixed it and sold me garbage or if it magically fixed itself... In July 2023, 4 months after the warranty expired, it started experiencing the restarts that other users have reported. The technicians told me it's a panel damage and it's not worth repairing. In short, 600€ went down the drain because this particular device is trash.

The most pathetic thing in qled 4k is circulating. The company has deceptive advertising for the product, claiming to have the ultimate black. Ultimate black, when at night the lights from the side led are visible at the edges. Ultimate black, when at night you see a cloud in the middle of the screen. For the company, this is acceptable, and of course, you can't do anything if 14 days pass and you don't notice it in time. Unfortunately, I hadn't read them before ordering it.I have contacted Samsung, and a technician will come to check it. However, with a quick internet search, I saw that almost everyone who has bought it has the same problem, and the only solution is to return it while I still have the right to do so. UPDATE 1: The Samsung technician came, saw the problem, took some pictures to send to the company, but told me that there are certain tolerances, and it may be within those limits. So, it may not be considered a defect.
I don't know what Samsung's tolerances and limits are, but even if they gave it to me for free, I wouldn't keep it. So, I returned it to the store and relaxed.

Owner of the Q60A 55" here for 4 months.
Super design and very slim.
Picture: Excellent picture, but only after settings that you can find on YouTube for this specific TV. The viewing angle is equivalent to a VA Panel, so you know that you won't have the best picture quality from extreme angles.
Very fast as a TV and no issues with WiFi, LAN, and apps connections.
The Game Mode is a nice experience. The Samsung SmartThings app is very good and you can do everything from your mobile even outside the house.Sound: Such a slim TV cannot offer good sound. I got a soundbar and the result is excellent (no comparison to the TV's sound). The TV provides all connection options. I have it connected optically.
Remote Control: Top for me. It doesn't communicate with the TV via infrared, so it works from any point. If you get used to it (after a day at most), you will realize it's amazing.
