I wasn’t so sure when I purchased the product. I have used hair curlers before but I had never tried out this kind. Now I will have to get rid of my old curlers because this machine is effective, saves a lot of time and much safer for the hair. At first use I wasn’t sure how to feed the hair into the machine so here is a tip: make a clean partition, stretch it by holding the end of the partition to keep the hair tense, place the machine towards the upper middle side of the stretch and push the curl button. This will prevent your hair from getting caught in the heater. I cannot speak for the durability because I just got it a few days ago and used it only twice but so far extremely happy with the results!
