I have changed the seat 3 times in 1.5 years. The plastic on the sides comes off. The 3rd one was supposed to be from a new batch that had fixed the problem. I wonder how the company hasn't managed to solve this issue. No solution was found and a refund will be made. I do not recommend it.

Quality is BAD! As others have mentioned, for some reason the glue fails and the body detaches from the plastic shell! Supposedly it is an i-size modular seat that will last for MANY years, but the quality doesn't support that! It's not justified for it to detach at the age of 2.
Even worse, I'm looking for them. I have reported both to the store and the company since the beginning of August. The company referred me to the store. The store tells me they can't find them and obviously they are absent with permission. The company I bothered again, no response. We will close the month and I will still be searching for a solution, for a problem that they definitely know about since we can't all be reporting it with the same exact failure and they know nothing!!! I hope to find a solution because it is definitely a sin to buy a branded product and end up having a worse experience than buying a no-name Chinese one.
Update 09/2022: They sent me a replacement seat. Without much fuss, and simply with a delay, the store got approval and sent me a new seat. The only downside is that the same color was not available, but it's a minor issue because I used the fabrics from the old one.
Update 04/2023: Tragic or rather ridiculous! Even the replacement seat I received started to detach!!!! The car is in a closed underground parking and stays outside only during my working hours. The issue is that, from September until now in April, we haven't had extreme heat or summer weather for the glue to "melt"! It's definitely a 100% faulty assembly process from the factory.

UPDATE: 15/09/22 we reached a resolution and they replaced the seat with a new one... Removing the covers to exchange them (the new one wasn't the same color due to temporary shortage), I noticed that ALL the foams were loose. Some were slightly detached, and others were ready to come off. The glue was "petrified" with no elasticity... I HOPE the new seat I received is improved because the previous one had serious issues. On the plus side, they resolved the issue without much hassle. On the downside, the overall communication process was a bit clumsy (ONLY the store responds, not the company itself).
UPDATE: 27/04/23 simply ridiculous! Even the replacement seat started coming apart. From September until now in April, we didn't have extreme heat or summer for someone to say "the glue melted due to the heat"! It's definitely a problematic assembly process from the factory, and it's unacceptable that instead of fixing or recalling, they simply send replacements that will inevitably have the same problem. I don't know if the issue is purely aesthetic or if it's a safety concern, but either way, it's definitely not what they claim to sell. I contacted the purchasing store again and I'm waiting to see what will happen.
UPDATE: 09/06/23. After contacting the store to report the "damage" again, they communicated with the company and told me to return the seat for it to be sent to Germany for inspection. Their initial plan was for me to give it back, they would inspect it, and then take care of it. When I explained to them that I would be left without a seat, they agreed to send another replacement. Eventually, I received a new seat directly from Germany. Since it's from Germany, I consider it to be a new production (because I don't know since when the seat was in stock in Greece in the previous replacement), so if they really found a solution, I hope to be luckier this time! Overall, the company is good in terms of management and professionalism, etc. As for the seat itself, when it's in good condition, it's great because it's really comfortable, but in terms of quality in this particular model, we haven't had it (so far)!
UPDATE: 04/07/23. EPIC FAIL!! Just 1.5 weeks of use for the NEW seat that came directly from Germany and it decided to be innovative. It did not detach from the sides of the body but opened the headrest this time! This replacement thing can't go on anymore and now I will deal with it with the importer because I have a very serious impression that the problem is 100% design-related (the hard plastics are flexible with the installation to open outwards like flaps, while the polystyrene shell is stable and therefore the plastic is forced to detach with the glue not being able to hold them together when heated!)

It seems sturdy and convenient for the child personally, but I was bothered by the issue of compatibility with the car because ours was not on the grande punto list. And although all the Isofix points turned green, I have a doubt. However, they assured me at the store that the installation has been done correctly. It seems safe for the most important thing of all. One of the covers came off during washing. In the same spot on opposite sides, so it's probably a defect. I'm waiting for news, but otherwise, everything is fine.

We changed cars and it fit perfectly. It's like day and night compared to the old one. I bought it with the prospect of changing cars. Of course, it had Isofix and the old car simply wasn't on the company's list. If your car is not on the list or is not i-size, JUST DON'T GET IT. The manufacturer knows something more and says it. If you saw it attached to the old one and attached to the new one, you would understand exactly what I mean. Otherwise, it's comfortable, sturdy, and the child fits in easily and fastens very simply. As for the covers that came off, they were immediately replaced and it's probably a defect. No other issues have connected me with time normally.Update They sent me all the new covers after a year, of course, but at least they sent them. Convenient for the little one, sat for 3 hours without complaining on vacation. I don't regret my choice. I have a tall and heavy child, and the one-click fastening is incredibly convenient. Otherwise, I would have wanted rotation, but I didn't find anything else worthwhile at a reasonable price or it was for up to 6 years, so I chose this one.

It is the 4th (two of them came off for me and the other two had issues from the store, like the plastic parts playing inside out) that I will go for replacement in less than 1 year because the side protective plastic has come off and the cardboard is visible inside. After searching for a suitable car seat for a long time, we ended up with Cybex and then with this model. It is expensive, but it is a reliable company and has good quality seats. This model is not secured with the car's seat belt, but ONLY with isofix and with a third point of seat belt attachment behind the position where the seat will be placed, so check it before buying it. Personally, I was pleased that I don't use the car's seat belt at all and it has its own belt on top. It is a bit heavy but sturdy seat, it is easy to install and remove if you want to change cars. It protects the baby from all sides, it doesn't strain or press the cushion in front of it. The covers can be easily removed for washing and put back on. We are satisfied and happy with this purchase and we look forward to trying it on a long trip. *I am adding my review.. After several months of use, I can now say that we do not regret this purchase at all. The child is very comfortable, he has learned to climb and put the cushion in front of him by himself for me to buckle it. It has been tested on trips, long journeys, and during the summer months. The seat was purchased solely based on the adac rating. After about a year of use, I lowered the rating from 5 to 2 stars because the side protectors - plastic parts detached from the interior with the phenolic, and it doesn't seem particularly durable. I believe it happened due to the temperature, without any impact or anything else, possibly it is a defective product, however, the company has yet to respond to me. I will come back once I have news from the company. Nevertheless, my child loves it and it has been convenient for us.
