I have normal hair that needs to be washed every 4-5 days. Thick hair. Personally, my hair is in the middle of my back in length. And I want them soft, easy to comb, and smelling nice. This shampoo does the opposite, I will never use it again. It dried out my roots and made my hair dry from root to tip.... Disgusting. I used Argan oil to moisturize and restore. Stay away! Of course, my husband, who has very oily hair, had no problem with it.
