With this project, the aim was to provide a concise presentation of the material of the general part of commercial law, that is, the part that analyzes the basic concepts of this branch of law and outlines its content. However, the concerns were not bypassed and the critical observations and arguments were not omitted.

The provision of easily accessible material of commercial law with the hope that it can better support the efforts of students and anyone interested in acquiring scientific knowledge was the motivation and goal of writing this.
