Recommended Dosage

  • 1 tablet per day.
  • To be taken with a meal.
  • Recommended to be taken for at least 3 months.

  • Calcium 400 mg 
  • Vitamin D 10 mcg (400 IU) 
  • Vitamin B6 1.4 mg 
  • Folic acid 200 μg 
  • Vitamin B12 2.5 μg 

Calcium carbonate, soy extract, talc, PVP, sodium starch glycolate, crospovidone, methylcellulose, magnesium stearate, titanium dioxide, modified food starch, pyridoxine hydrochloride, PEG 6000, sucrose, dibasic calcium phosphate, folic acid, antioxidant (sodium ascorbate, dl-a-tocopherol), medium chain triglycerides, silicon dioxide, cholecalciferol, methylcobalamin.

    Very good value for its price, it includes isoflavones and vitamins B & D in satisfactory doses, but it does not include some other extras that you can find in other multivitamins for menopause (before and after), such as vitamin K which helps with the absorption of vitamin D. But it has the basics, and additionally 90 capsules that last for 3 months because you only take 1 per day (compared to most which require taking 2)... so it's great!
