First of all, they have a beautiful design, very nice lighting and color patterns. I don't even remember the price I got them for, but I don't think it has changed since then. They have a sturdy construction with a hard cover on the sides and don't give you a plastic feel.
Secondly, they have good air flow, they didn't let the system or the graphics card or the liquid cooling go above their limits in summer and gaming conditions. Also, for 120mm fans, they are very quiet compared to other 120mm fans in the market.
The special thing about these fans is that you can connect them like "magnets", one next to the other, in order to connect the last one in the series to the hub of the controller. For example, each fan has two ports: one to connect one fan to another and one to connect the fan to the controller cable. This way, I was able to connect 3 pieces to one hub, which is how it should be done with this type of fans in the world. This makes it easier for you during the building process.
I don't know if the controller comes with the fans if you buy them as a package. In my case, the controller came with the liquid cooling box (120 sl V1, not V2 model 240 galahad).
To move on from the special topic and go to the serious part (at least for me), I gave it 4 stars because the controller can accommodate up to 4 hubs. In my build, I put 3 on top, 3 on the bottom, 1 exhaust at the back, and 2 on the liquid cooling.
The problem is not that, everything works fine, it's just that the liquid cooling came with a cable for the hub assuming that I would also connect the liquid cooling to the controller. The issue with the controller is its capacity, meaning instead of each hub having one port for power and one for RGB, it has one for power and one for RGB for each cable. So, for this reason, there was no more space for the liquid cooling, or rather, there was space but only for the RGB, so it wasn't a big issue, I just had to connect the RGB to the motherboard. With this issue, if I put all the fans in one mode, the liquid cooling won't follow because its RGB won't be connected to the controller, and I am forced to keep them permanently in rainbow mode, which becomes boring because the software works fine for the fans but not for the liquid cooling, which is not connected. I'm not sure if there is a solution, I just don't know it, and that's why I gave it 4/5.
Overall, they are wonderful for any build in terms of color and practicality.
Good evening, I had 3 sl120 fans from lian li on the side blowing air, and I added another 3 from the same company below to push the air upwards for my liquid cooling. I feel relatively minimal to no temperature difference, as I'm playing around 65-70°C. I don't know what's really happening. I have a Ryzen 5800x3d and a 4070ti card. I expected to have a cooler system with 22 degrees room temperature, but I have the above temperatures. Disappointing, I would say, for the amount of money spent.
I got 6 of them I have to say that I am really satisfied with them. Easy installation, great RGB with no hotspots, you can barely hear them overall for the price although a bit steep they are totally worth the money.

Good evening, I have 7 of these specific fans. 3 of them have a problem. One of them doesn't rotate correctly compared to the others at the set speed. The other two sound like they have been running continuously for about 10 years. Yes, I admit they are not aesthetically pleasing, but they break very quickly. It's not possible for a €25/fan to break within 2-3 months. I will make an effort and buy 3 more, but it will also be the last time.

Compared to the previous fans I had (Corsair LL120 RGB), it's day and night in terms of beauty, construction quality, and CPU cooling.
A very important aspect is that their installation is very easy since the fans connect to each other and don't require many cables, resulting in less hassle and fewer cables, making the PC look more beautiful.
Extremely fans, high quality and very easy to connect due to the incredible daisy chain of Lian Li. A bit noisy at high speeds, but they hardly ever reach them. I highly recommend them!

I have used the Lian Li unifans s120 in many builds I have made and I can confidently say that they are the most beautiful fans on the market! They also perform exceptionally well. They have great static pressure and airflow! The unifan sl120 is a gem and will completely change the aesthetics of any build.
Well, the triple pack Unifan Sl120 comes with a very good controller that can accommodate up to 16 fans in 4 groups! That means each group can power 4 fans, as they can simply be daisy-chained together, so you have 2 cables that go into the controller! 1 for the pwm signal and 1 for the RGB, so you have completed a group of 4 fans and so on.
2. With Lian Li's L-Connect software, you can easily and conveniently control the controller. You can control each group separately, so you can have different colors on the fans without being bound to change the color of all of them together. For example, in a push-pull setup, you can have the top fans in white and the bottom ones in blue, as the top fans are in a different group than the bottom ones. By group, I mean the hubs/sockets on the controller! You can also control the RPM speeds separately for each group directly from the program. Pay close attention to the static white color! If you want to have your fans in specific static white, do not connect more than 10 fans in total (21w) to the controller, as there is a high chance of burning the controller! You will need 2 controllers to control the lighting separately, but there is no issue with other colors! The connection of the controller is made with a SATA cable to the PSU and from the controller to the motherboard with USB and an additional 5V 3-pin cable if you want to synchronize the fans with the motherboard.
3. So, the fans are very high-quality with no feeling of plastic, and they have a very beautiful design, especially in terms of lighting! They are about 2.5cm thick, which is relatively standard for construction thickness, but due to clever design, they appear slimmer. They have very good static pressure at 2.54mmH2O and airflow at 58.54CFM for the 120 version! Perhaps the most beautiful fans on the market, as you can see in the photos, they have adorned my build!
I bought these specific fans x6 to replace the fans of my system (Asus TUF GT501 + Arctic Liquid Freezer II 360). They fit perfectly in the case, but I had to adjust them for the liquid cooling because they didn't align well with the holes due to the position of the tubing. Apart from that, they are worth 101% of their money, with much better quality construction than Lian Li's previous implementations (*cough*Bora fans*cough*).
From the best fans I have held in my hands, they are fully qualitative, silent, and have excellent RGB!!! Lian Li is an incredibly well-known company with quality as its strong point. They were added to the 011 Dynamic as a slanted introduction, and the PC not only became more beautiful but also became an air conditioner!!! Buy them with closed eyes, soon add 3 more to the bottom of the case, and have a complete set!
Update: 11/8/2021, three more were added a month ago, but at the bottom of the case, and these as an introduction with an extraction coming out from above the liquid cooling fridge!!! Nothing, guys, just things like having a portable fridge, now the case ???? I don't even discuss the best + that has beautified the PC completely...!!!
Silent up to 1200 rpm, beautiful but having 2 cables instead of 6 is a big advantage.
As for the negatives, the white color is not very good, although the test was done with another controller, Lian Li has not paid attention to the aesthetics of the back and sides that connect, as Corsair does with the ql.

Everyone in the first generation had a problem (yellowing), the positive thing is that Lian Li sent me new ones without much hassle (7).
Perhaps the AL ones might be a better choice
These specific fans have the following positives. Very sturdy construction, relatively quiet, beautiful and bright RGB, and can be connected to each other so you don't have to deal with multiple cables. The negatives are the fluid bearings, which may wear out faster compared to others, only time will tell. Obviously, they are not the cheapest RGB fans, but I think the price remains competitive compared to other more expensive brands like Corsair. As for the Controller, it is very good and with separate adapters, you can connect fans from other brands. Enthusiast who does its job well at a decent price.
