so I'm buying it.
I say...these are 10 points, it will fit well.
With a 39lt. top case, it doesn't work.
Without the top case, despite the 10-point difference, it covers the bike perfectly.
I will probably use it for the scooter and I will look to find the same in XL size.
Apart from this issue, no other complaints for now.

Very good construction and soft inside so as not to scratch. It has a strap in the center, a transparent cover to display the number, and two large holes in the front with plastic to secure it to the wheel. The dimensions are correct as described. I had the blue ones on top and silver ones below before, but the sun melted them in five months. I recommend it. The company provides excellent phone service.

Compared to something simple that I used to get from the convenience store, this one is much better. It has a plastic exterior and a little bit of fluff inside to prevent scratching. It looks much higher quality. For a mid-range solution, it is the best you will find for this price.
