The Sikaflex®-227 is suitable for sealing joints, seams, simple bonding, as well as reducing vibrations and sound intensity in bodywork repairs following collisions and car frame constructions. Suitable substrates are metal primers and paints (two-component), metals, painted plastics, and plastics. Refer to the manufacturer's instructions and conduct preliminary tests before using it on substrates that are prone to cracking under stress. The product is suitable for use by professional applicators only. Tests should be conducted with the actual substrates and precise application conditions to ensure adhesion and material compatibility.
