    None of the automations mentioned for the controller work!!! I tried it with Samsung S22, S22+, S10, S21, and iPhone13, and it doesn't work on any of them. Specifically, it doesn't activate the camera with the button they mention, it doesn't take photos or videos with the button they mention, nor does it zoom or switch from photo to video. Pressing these buttons activates the sound!!!!! I don't understand how they are allowed to sell products that don't do what they claim. I'm tired of returning it, so I only use it as a stick with manual functions.

    Quality and sturdy construction as well as a firm grip of the device! Your heart won't skip a beat when it hangs there! Also, the tripod is very convenient and stable for Vlogs or any Unboxing videos. The only major drawback, which is quite significant, is that the controller doesn't work (on Samsung S20)! The zoom buttons (+ -) do absolutely nothing, the switch button from photo to video also does nothing, and the button that takes photos, for me, either increases or decreases the volume of the phone if I press it again... It's all over the place! The only way for me to take a photo is if I go into the camera settings and set it to take a photo when I press the volume buttons. This way, it basically tricks the controller, and while it actually changes the volume, the phone receives a command to take a photo........ In other words, you will fully utilize it only on a Xiaomi or Huawei phone... It seems like it doesn't like Samsung.
