I bought the JBL Go 3 on 31/8/2022, so I haven't had it for a long time to talk about durability over time and battery life issues, nor has it presented any problems.
So let's get to the point, starting with the basics: The JBL Go 3 is a fantastic, affordable, and small speaker for listening to your music, as well as watching movies, videos, and more. Just like the first JBL Go, the purpose of the speaker is to provide the best, loudest, and cleanest sound possible in this size, and I can safely say that once again, JBL has achieved its goal!
The JBL Go 3 is an excellent speaker for its size: Very clear vocals and mids, sufficient bass (which is greatly aided by the oval passive radiator it has), and clear highs. Unfortunately, in songs with many instruments and at high volumes, it loses a bit of its clarity (in terms of being able to distinguish which instrument is playing), but if you're not an audiophile, I don't think it will matter much to you. In terms of volume, I would say it has a pretty powerful sound for 4.2W. As for the battery, it clearly lasts longer than the Go (from personal experience) and the Go 2 (according to JBL's claims), and it charges at 5V and 1A through the USB Type-C port next to the strap/hook that the speaker has. Here, I want to emphasize that it comes with a JBL USB Type-C cable, but it would be good to use a good aftermarket cable since several users have reported that the cable provided in the package has caused damage to the speaker (in the photo, I have one from IKEA).
The speaker is also waterproof, according to JBL (something being waterproof doesn't mean you can throw it in your bathtub or pool, forget about that). This gives you peace of mind if you use the speaker and it falls into water or if you spill water on it. I want to emphasize something here: If you get the speaker wet and want to charge it, it would be good to wait for it to dry and have no moisture in the charging port, otherwise, you will damage it.
JBL also has an app for its speakers, but this one doesn't work with it, nor does it connect to other speakers to play together.
So far, I have nothing negative to point out, except for a few things that I expected to be better:
1) There is no way to know the battery percentage. The only thing you know is that if the light is red, it needs to be charged.
2) The speaker's Rubber Feet can move around when playing bass, so be careful with that. Also, users have reported that the rubber feet can come off or easily break, so pay attention to that.
3) Removal of the 3.5mm Jack. Personally, it doesn't bother me and I don't care about it at all, as I rarely or never used it on the previous JBL Go I had. I'm just mentioning it here so that people know.
4) Something very minor, it may bother some people, maybe not: When you turn the speaker to maximum volume, it makes a sound and cuts off the music for 1-2 seconds. It doesn't bother me, but I mention it so you know.
So, in conclusion, it is an amazing speaker and perfect in terms of portability! It is a definite upgrade from previous models, and I believe it is worth the purchase, especially at the price it currently has! If I discover something new or encounter any issues, I will update the review (although it is very difficult, as based on my experience with other JBL speakers, they are black dogs).

At first, I was impressed with the performance, appearance, and overall quality of the speaker. However, after just one month and without subjecting it to adverse conditions, the small rubber anti-slip strips on one side came off... A flaw in my opinion.
Update: I am deducting another star because the speaker has serious connectivity issues! I would not recommend it. Choose the JBL Clip 3 instead. It is more practical and after extensive use, it has not presented any problems. Additionally, it produces louder and fuller sound.
Okay, let's not get crazy. It simply reproduces sound. Don't expect quality or volume. I have no opinion on durability in difficult conditions.

This speaker is possibly the best for outdoor use, water, sea, sand, etc. Its price is worth it for what it does, as well as its ideal size. I have put it in the sea on top of soap and I have it permanently placed in the bathroom to listen to music, it hasn't suffered anything... obviously it is a speaker for special use, meaning not as a main speaker to listen to music every day or to have high demands as it lacks bass, depth in sound, etc... all of these are logical, although for simple users (to listen to radio, music, in the garden, etc.) it is a perfect tool... It does more than it promises for almost 35 euros
Easy connection via Bluetooth protocol, good battery performance at high volumes, full sound for music listening, but the bass is always present and muddles radio broadcasts or speeches in general. Besides that, a small device with such good sound, autonomy, and durability deserves its five stars! JBL FTW!
I wanted something small for the office and the beach. It is excellent. Perfect design. The sound for its size is impeccable (JBL warranty) and the battery lasts me over 16 hours (I had it for two 8-hour periods and it played continuously, and I charged it on the second day because the indicator light turned on) with the volume at about 40% because it cannot withstand being in a closed space for longer! I am considering getting another one and pairing them for a BBQ!

A compact, high-quality speaker.
Impressive sound for its size.
Better than anything on a mobile, tablet, PC monitor speaker, and many cheap PC speakers, and probably most low-cost TVs.
Of course, it can't be compared to larger JBL BT speakers (flip-charge) or regular-sized speakers, neither for a computer nor a living room, of course.
Personally, I bought it with the excuse... that I will use it as a speaker for my laptop at the office, but besides that, it will definitely accompany me in other occasions.
In the video, I compare the sound level in relation to the built-in speakers of a Dell N5110 laptop with the volume set at 50%, which is more than enough for the office.
PS: To hear the sound from the laptop, increase the volume significantly!

It is very honest! Incredible clean and powerful sound. For such a small speaker that essentially "replaces" the car and computer speaker, it is perfect for home use and for relaxing music while reading. It could be a little cheaper, but okay. I believe no further requirements are needed for its category.
In general, it is a good speaker but not worth more than 25 euros. I bought it for 37.5 and it's not worth that much. It is not very loud, but it plays very clear. It is only 4.2 watts. You cannot increase the volume by raising the voice from your phone because it synchronizes and uses the same volume bar, so it is not possible. The battery is small and definitely not 5 hours as advertised. Maximum 2.5 hours with high volume. A big downside is that it does not read USB or card. It is only for Bluetooth connection. It has good sound, but no other features.

4 stars and the reason is because I believe that the previous model of the same company was better in terms of sound quality as I have both speakers. Other than that, everything is good. I have it for a long time without any problems!

A speaker that costs 30-35 euros is great. It connects easily to a PC and mobile phone, plays well in terms of volume and quality, and has good dimensions/weight/battery. The only thing you don't see is how charged it is, but it's not a big deal: charge it like your phone and that's it. Anyone expecting Nautilus / Bowers & Wilkins performance from a 10-centimeter portable speaker that you use instead of your laptop or mobile phone speakers will be waiting for a while.
For podcasts, it is perfect. For metal music, it is quite good.
For closed spaces/rooms, it is very powerful (that's how I experience it with my ears, maybe for others it is moderate).
The problem is that the rubber bands at the bottom came off, so I can't have it at full volume anymore since it creaks and moves now.
I had read that this would happen. I thought about keeping the rubber bands that came off, but I lost them. If I feel like it, maybe I'll try to make new rubber bands that absorb the vibrations.
No problems with connectivity, technical nature, or construction. Clearly, it has never fallen on me, but still, it feels very sturdy.

The Bluetooth connection with MacBook Air M1 2019 and iPhone SE 2022 is flawless!
It has a lot of bass, causing the whole speaker to vibrate! It moves on its own due to the vibrations it creates from the bass!
The battery lasts about 3 hours in casual use

Accidentally spilled a glass of coca cola on it

• Volume indoors in a 30sqm room with moderate noise, fully satisfactory ️
• I use it for 1 hour per day and charge it once every 7-10 days. Since the purchase date when I wrote the first review, I have charged it three times, and it never reached 0%!

its small, fits in my bag, easy to handle and connects immediately to my mobile as soon as i switch it on
the only thing i dont like is that the battery lasts for only 5 hours
After about 2 weeks of use (4-5 hours daily), it started having sound issues (scratching) and whenever this happened, it also had responsiveness problems (didn't turn off with the power button) and I had to stop the sound from my connected mobile-laptop. In summary, nice sound (when it doesn't have the mentioned problems), small-convenient, battery lasts... but functionally uncertain for me
I have to say that it is disappointing, no comparison to its predecessor JBL Go 1, where the sound was crystal clear with incredible bass for its size and volume capable of covering a 150sqm café... Its bass sounds like hitting plastic buckets, while in terms of volume... it can't be heard at 20m in an outdoor space, which is the range of its Bluetooth.
I didn't expect it to be so good. So far satisfied!
I just wish it had a little more battery life.

I had the GO2, the battery died after 3 years and it doesn't hold a charge anymore, even when it's playing loudly it shuts off. So, instead of spending 15-20€ on a new battery, I decided to get the newer GO3. Having had an incredibly good opinion about the 2, I can say the following about the 3:
- more bass
- more impressive
- sturdy construction
- powerful sound.
All of the above are not significantly better than the 2, but noticeable. I can't comment on the battery life yet. As for the negatives, and that's why I'm giving it 4 stars, is that the previous one had a microphone, which was useful for answering calls remotely when you're at work or in the bathroom, for example (countless times). So, after all the "good" things, it DOES NOT have a microphone, which really disappointed me. Other than that, it's a perfect little speaker, just like the 2

I had doubts about its performance (due to its size) before purchasing it, but it surprised me when I tried it. Clear sound, quality construction, and good bass.
Awesome speaker. Good volume and sound quality for its size. I would like a bit more bass, which it lacks, and a longer battery life. At 50%-70% volume, you can hear the music loud and clear. Above that, the sound distorts a bit and becomes annoying to the ears. Personally, I bought it for its portability. It has a good size and shape and it's very convenient to have it with you all the time. However, if someone wants a Bluetooth speaker that offers quality sound, volume, and good bass, they should look for something else. There are speakers at the same price range that have two active speakers and two passive ones internally, and a much longer battery life.
