In water, for those who need to avoid dairy and lactose, with the recommended quantity of 300ml, it becomes slightly thick. And when I say thick, I mean ultra-fast setting cement. With further dilution, the barely noticeable strawberry flavor that it had is completely lost. I gagged for the first time in my life with a protein shake. And I even bought two kilograms of it. Learn from my mistake and try before you buy.

The first taste (if you are used to it) of mixing them in milk or other drinks besides water is not the best, but if you faithfully follow the instructions, it dissolves well and is drinkable with difficulty.
Due to my limited experience with specific vegan drinks, I would say that ultimately it is tolerable.
