    I chose it as an economical solution without many requirements and without having bought soy before. The problem is not so much the taste (which is not pleasant), but that even though it seems to have dissolved in water/milk after 30'', you feel like you're swallowing sand and it's very(!) annoying.

    I bought it mainly to use it in recipes. At first, I tried it with milk and it had a very strange taste, like dirt! I put it in a protein bar recipe and again it had a very strange and difficult texture to swallow. I give it 3 stars for its price and to give it a chance to try it with water. As for the smell, the Vanilla smells very nice.
