I ordered this specific "Game and Watch" with the 3 built-in games:
* Super Mario Bros 1
* Super Mario Bros 2 (this game starts with more difficulty than No1)
* Ball
After many years, I think since the 1980s, I am holding this device in my hands again. Unbelievable. I missed it...
It is a device where the purpose of the games is not to finish them, but to make you use them (having fun) when you want to kill time pleasantly, when you don't have any other occupation.
I mention this because the above games No1 and No2 do not have the ability to save, so when you lose your lives, you start again from the beginning.
And it is very tiring and disappointing to start again from the beginning, so you leave a few hours or days until you forget, and when you leave a long period to forget about your defeat, every time you start, you feel like you're starting for the first time.
Of course, the above games are quite long and their levels are:
SUPER MARIO BROS 1
1-1 to 1-4
2-1 to 2-4
3-1 to 3-4
4-1 to 4-4
5-1 to 5-4
6-1 to 6-4
7-1 to 7-4
8-1 to 8-4 (in 8-4 you defeat the Queen)
* I have already finished Super Mario Bros 1!
I can't say it was terribly difficult. It just requires Unlimited Lives... which you can acquire using the method I describe at the end in the paragraph about "TRICKS".
SUPER MARIO BROS 2 (Very Difficult No2)
1-1 to 1-4
2-1 to 2-4
3-1 to 3-4
4-1 to 4-4
5-1 to 5-4
6-1 to 6-4
7-1 to 7-4
8-1 to 8-4 (in 8-4 you defeat the Queen)
* I just finished Super Mario Bros 2, and now what I have to tell you is that No2, from 1-1 to 8-4 where you defeat the Queen and finish the game, is really very difficult, no matter how simple it may seem.
And mainly, you can't finish it if you don't have Unlimited Lives to play, for example, each level of the stage, like X-2 or X-3, at least 2-3 times until you learn how it progresses with what obstacles and difficulty, so that with the next life you can overcome it...
...as you can understand, as I mentioned above, they don't have Saves.
Imagine losing, for example, in 7-3 (Stage-Level) your last life, and then having to start again from the beginning, from 1-1.
It's kind of annoying, disappointing, and makes you want to break (like a child) the game. That's why I point out that you should leave the game aside, calm down from the disappointment and frustration, and continue your fun later.
Now, as for the packaging, it is not made of cardboard like in the 1980s, but plastic. Very good quality and high detail construction.
All the buttons do not require much pressure in the game, they are very good and easy to press.
The battery, as stated in the instruction booklet, can last up to 6 days. Of course, it also depends on how often you play each day.
The brightness and sound adjustment are very good. I have no complaints. I would say they are at satisfactory levels.
Is this game worth its money? I paid a total of €59 including shipping, and I think it's good.
If it had the ability to save in the first two games (No1 and No2), it would be even more perfect...
I believe that it is a game that you buy to keep, not to sell later. Apart from the value it will gain after a few years, where its value will gradually increase...
Also, I would like to give you some advice:
When you leave a long period of time since the last time you played, and the time comes to play it again, the excitement and eagerness you start with are incomparable.
Did you play it once? Let at least 2-3 days pass for you to forget any frustration or anger you may have had because you couldn't finish it, and you will play it every time as if it's your first time again, with great enthusiasm and joy. This is guaranteed.
Remember:
"When you play it, make sure to enjoy the journey. You play it to have fun and kill time, not to rush to finish it..."
Screen Protector
Because the game comes with a bare screen, without a screen protector... A glossy screen that hasn't even touched a speck of dust, if you want to find a screen protector, I couldn't find anything even after searching on Google, not even on eBay.
So what can you do? What I did. Get a large screen protector (no need for a glass one because you can't cut it), then measure the screen around and cut the protector carefully, without touching it with your fingerprint from the bottom where it will stick to the screen, because the trace of your fingerprint will be visible on the game screen afterwards (it may or may not be visible).

* Now, for those who don't know, there is a Warp Zone, where, for example, from 1-3 you can go either to 3-1 or 4-1 or 5-1 and bypass the previous Levels.
We are talking about SMB 1.
How?
When you start the game, you start from Level 1-1, the Surface.
After a while, when you go to an underground area below the Surface, chasing coins, in an underground level with walls, you will notice that at the top above the bricks, there is a path where you can go and bypass all the challenges of the area by simply running right and jumping over the gaps that appear in front of you (don't fall into the gap and lose a life).
So, if you manage to go up there either by breaking some bricks or by going up through a moving ramp (automatically upwards), just by running all the way to the right, you will reach an Air Vent area where each one corresponds to a Level, for example, which Air Vent do you want to choose and go to? Air Vent 3? Air Vent 4? Air Vent 5?
In the one you enter, you will also bypass the previous levels by starting from, for example, Level 3-1, 4-1, 5-1, etc.
* Finally, if you don't know, in the Game & Watch there are some "TRICKS" that make the games even more interesting and even more fun, which you can never get bored of... ( Super Mario Bros 1 and 2)
Check out the "TRICKS" at the very bottom where I describe them in detail and you will be amazed once you discover them on your own "Game and Watch" device.
** I have already completed "Super Mario Bros 1" and I am now going to finish "Super Mario Bros 2" which is even more challenging, from level 1-1 to 8-4.
"GAME AND WATCH" SECRET TRICKS
1️⃣ How to Select a Stage (not Level) from the beginning of the game, before you start playing:
* Open the device from the button on the right...
* The Time will appear
* Press the White Button "GAME" once
* Choose which game you want to play (Super Mario Bros 1 or 2) and press the Red Button A
* Where you are now, press the Red Button B and select which Stage (you cannot select Level) you want to start from. You can choose between: 1-1, 2-1, 3-1, 4-1, 5-1, 6-1.
(You obviously cannot select 7-1 and the final 8-1 to make the game more interesting)
* And once you have chosen the Stage you want, simply press the Red Button A and start.
(The same process applies to Super Mario Bros 2)
2️⃣ Want Unlimited Lives without ever losing, and never see "GAME OVER"?
* Open the device from the button on the right...
* The Time will appear
* Press the White Button "GAME" once
* Choose which game you want to play (Super Mario Bros 1 or 2) and press the Red Button A
* Where you are now, press and hold the Red Button A for about 5 to 7 seconds, and immediately you will see a Black Background, and a Symbol on the Lives (a sideways 8) which indicates that you already have "Unlimited Lives" and you can play as much as you want until you reach the final stage 8-4 and defeat the Queen.
If you cannot complete a stage, if you play it 3-4 times and learn it through the Unlimited Lives you have, gradually you will pass it and move on to the next one, and gradually you will reach the Finish Line at 8-4.
3️⃣ Once you have Activated the "Unlimited Lives" (2️⃣ above) and you get bored at some point (Stage-Level) of playing, but you don't want to close the game and play the Stages-Levels again from the beginning from 1-1, then you can do the following:
(This applies to both Super Mario Bros 1 and 2)
Where you are playing, as you are, press the White Round On-Off button on the sides of the device once (not held down), and the screen will automatically turn off (Deactivate).
If you press the On-Off button again, the screen will turn on again and you will see the word Pause.
You will notice that in the game you are where you left off the last time. Automatically press the Red Button A and immediately start the game again, from where you stopped due to fatigue yesterday-the day before.
This way, gradually you will progress in the game until you Finish it.
Of course, always having previously Activated the Unlimited Lives (in 2️⃣)
⚠️CAUTION⚠️
In 3️⃣ where I mention pausing the game, do not hold down the On-Off button for too long and turn off the device, as the game will be canceled, and when you turn on the game, you will start again from the beginning at 1-1.
