For the proper and long-term operation of a treadmill, it is necessary to lubricate the underside of the running belt at regular intervals, depending on the frequency of its use. The lubrication of the belt is something that can and should (it only requires lifting the belt by hand so that the lubrication reaches the correct spot) be done by the user. Lubrication is done approximately every 10 hours of operation.
Attention: Excessive lubrication is not good and damages the treadmill belt. Insufficient lubrication damages the belt and wears out the motor.
