    As a product, it is good. Good grip. I believe it will last a lifetime. I recommend minimum resistance 90 kg. I got the 115 kg without having a particularly strong grip. As an exercise, it is more of a complementary one. The main work is done by the dumbbell and barbell. It is convenient to use it outside of the program when you are sitting and want to release some tension. Ideal for nerves.
    (The squeaking is fixed with a little Vaseline on the spring).

    It's decent. The amila 70 kg shakes a lot.
    The 115 kg amila that I got as an upgrade is of the same or slightly smaller difficulty than the 90kg Live Pro, so I don't know which of the two brands has the actual weight. I think it lacks in comparison to the quality of the other brand.

    Very good but definitely needs some preparation before you get it. I mean, from a simple 40-pound one, it's better to transition to a 75-pound one and if you reach it comfortably, then go for it. Its surface is not the best as it slips and also scratches easily, so it makes your hand a little rough until you get used to it
