This stone is of very poor quality, obviously Chinese. Anyone can find the same stone on Alibaba without any markings and for a fraction of the price.
More specifically:
- It wears down very easily, resulting in it becoming curved and needing to be rectified every time you sharpen something.
- Its density is uneven, meaning that some areas are more porous compared to the rest of the surface (these areas wear down even more easily).
You can achieve something decent with it, it's not completely useless. However, it's not worth 35 euros, not even as a joke, at most 5.
In summary, stay away from this company where all they did was order stones from China worth less than a euro and sell them for 35
I am a beginner, however, I made my effort (30 minutes, 4 knives, and two whetstones) and I admit that it worked perfectly, my knives cut beautifully! Additionally, it already has a guide for the direction of the knife on the stone! Do not buy extra

After various sharpeners (not stones) from hell, I chose to get the stone. I hadn't sharpened in the past. I sharpened a knife that couldn't even cut foam. I didn't believe I could do it, so after sharpening, I tested it lightly. I got cut.

Only negative: the lack of instructions. You have to search on YouTube. I think there's a chef Epicurious who gives good instructions.
I do not have much experience with sharpening stones, but with several YouTube videos and practice with some kitchen knives that definitely needed sharpening, I see that I have it now.
A manual with instructions would not hurt, but for this price (35 euros) I have no complaints. 5*
First, let me mention that this is the first sharpening stone I have tried, so I don't have any experience with similar products in its category to compare it to.
I have had this particular stone for 2 months now and have used it several times to sharpen my kitchen knives. In the time that I have been using it, it has done an excellent job (for my standards) on my knives, making them sharper than when they were new. The speed at which it sharpens is great for the grit it has, and the way it sharpens corresponds to the grit indicated by the manufacturer. Along with the stones, it comes with a wooden non-slip base to hold the stones in place during sharpening, which not only looks aesthetically pleasing but also does a good job of preventing slipping, as long as the surface it is placed on doesn't get wet. It also includes a flattening stone to flatten the stones after use to prevent any indentations on their surface.
My final impressions of the product are very positive as it does its job quite well, and for its price (30€) it offers 2 stones with different grits, as well as the accessories mentioned above, which I haven't seen in a similar product at this price range. I believe it is a very fair product for its price and worth purchasing.
