The issue of international protection of human rights is at the center of attention. Claims, achievements, difficulties, and prospects are expanding impressively, but often there is confusion about what is internationally valid and what binds each specific state, what constitutes a guiding programmatic wish or just propagandistic maneuver. However, the general engagement, at all levels of international relations, with human rights gradually composes the image of an aesthetics that begins to be expressed through international means. It is also an educational issue, which presents a global challenge.
