The men's MTN Trainer Lite Mid is a lighter mid-height alpine footwear solution, suitable for three seasons, designed for technical hikes and long backpacking trips in all weather conditions. Designed to move faster and lighter on all terrains, the MTN Trainer Lite Mid also performs well on rock. The highly abrasion-resistant yet lightweight fabric upper with TPU coating features suede leather inserts for stability and is combined with GORE-TEX Extended Comfort lining for durable waterproof protection without sacrificing breathability. The unique 3F construction connects the support, sole, and heel to ensure a comfortable, supportive, and flexible fit. This is further supported by the shock-absorbing EVA midsole for long-lasting rebound. 

For additional stability and protection, there is a flexible ankle cuff, heel stabilizer, and rubber toe cap. Overall, your foot has good freedom of movement but still feels well-supported. 

With climbing laces extending to the toes to allow better adjustment for greater precision on technical terrain. 

Underfoot, the outsole guarantees reliable traction thanks to the Pomoca rubber compound design and tread with deep lugs and grooves, providing the flexibility to handle a wide range of terrains from mud and grass to rock, ice, and snow.
