    Regardless of use, the main issue that one should take into consideration is that they do not have airtight packaging. I use them for a closed cat litter box, not for a dehumidifier. They do the job, but I have used much more effective ones with a price difference of a few cents. Perhaps the reduced performance is due to the problematic packaging, but either way, I probably won't buy them again.
