In order to achieve happiness and peace of mind, we must learn to dismiss the thoughts and beliefs that cause our soul to suffer and be disturbed.

We are going through a period of global economic crisis and moral decline. The insecurity about the future, debts, and responsibilities that pressurize people, and the crisis in human relationships create anxiety disorders, which have direct effects on the physical, mental, and intellectual health of individuals.

The book "Techniques of Emotional Relief" aims at the heart of the problem and tries to fortify the psyche of teenagers through its content with advice and techniques, and give them the message that they are not alone in such a difficult situation. That is why there are no chapters dedicated to theories and explanations of concepts. Only techniques are proposed, which have proven effective for individuals who face problems due to intense anxiety, worry, and sadness for a long period of time.

It also contains the secret to achieving MEGA happiness in life, advice, and exercises that will help them cultivate positive and pleasant relationships with their family and friends, and develop their self-effectiveness ability to achieve their goals in the best possible way. The ideas of the book are based on cognitive and rational-emotional therapy, which are the most effective methods of psychotherapy to date.

Unlike other books, it is not necessary for the reader to read the chapters in order of priority. They can choose which chapter interests them to read and complete the exercises that are indicative for that section. Each chapter is organized in such a way that it can give them a message of optimism and make them feel better on its own.

It is very important for teenagers to try and apply the exercises in their daily lives, so that they can give themselves the ability to effectively manage any stressful situation. In whatever position he finds himself, when he finishes the units and exercises, he will know the way to conquer and maintain the happiness and tranquility of his soul for the rest of his life.
