I bought this specific sunscreen because I trust the company. I was not satisfied because it leaves a shine on the face even though it is recommended for oily skin.

Positives: easy to apply, not heavy, no scent, does not make the face feel suffocated.

Negatives: shine on the face, not a matte finish. The color does not provide coverage, it is there to avoid the whiteness of sunscreens.

I will not repurchase it, according to my own criteria.

Good product. Maybe I would like better coverage. Compared to a similar cream I had in the past (Vichy ideal soleil), this one is not very covering but it is not makeup either, so for what it promises, it's okay.

The dermatologist had recommended to me a sunscreen from another company for my freckles, which either got discontinued or is out of stock, so this is its "replacement". I am very satisfied with how easily it spreads, how lightweight it feels, and how soft my skin is afterwards! As for the color, it is lighter than the previous one and I don't know how well it will suit me in the summer.

Nice as a sunscreen but not as makeup. Essentially, the color is there to prevent the face from having that ugly grayish-white appearance after applying regular sunscreen, especially when wearing it in the city. I think this logic applies to all tinted sunscreens, hence the rating. As a sunscreen, it is excellent and not greasy at all. I have very oily skin and it did not cause any problems for me

Very nice sunscreen cream. I got it with color. It is not runny and therefore does not run, like some others. I really liked it and would definitely buy it again.

It is dark orange and does not absorb at all.. It leaves a greasiness on the face which is the worst. Definitely not matte and accentuates every facial imperfection. I would not buy it again at all...

The best sunscreen for acne that I have tried (and I have tried many, for better or worse). It has the exact same formula as the colorless version, the only difference is the color. It does not cause breakouts or greasiness and is non-comedogenic. It does not provide coverage like makeup, but it gives a more uniform tone. I highly recommend it without hesitation!

It spreads easily and leaves a very nice feeling on the skin. The previous version used to irritate my skin, so comparing them, I admit that fortunately it has nothing to do with the previous one anymore. The only negative thing I found is that it has minimal coverage and for people with imperfections such as pimples and uneven skin tone who would like to replace their makeup with this, it doesn't do the job. It just doesn't leave an unattractive white color on the skin. Also, I have combination skin and the little bit of oiliness it leaves is fine, it doesn't shine badly. I have been using sunscreen with color from another brand for years, which is like a cc cream, so I will not buy Avene again for city use, only for pure beach sunscreen.
