I first bought it in 2018 and had it for 2 years when it stopped working while I was brushing my teeth. I took it for service as it was still under warranty and they told me it couldn't be repaired and sent me a new one. Today, in 2022, after another two years, it stopped working again, the one they had sent me. Therefore, it seems that the durability of the motor is limited to 2 years of operation, which is not reasonable considering its price.
It did not turn on and stopped working.
I sent it to the dealership, within warranty.
It has been a month and they still haven't called for an update.
Such a waste of money!
Update: They replaced it with a new one, but they made a mistake and sent it in a different case than the one I already had.
Initially, I could wirelessly charge it with its special accessory, and now it only charges if it is inside its case.
In a communication I had, they refuse to return my original case, insisting that they did not make a mistake...
To be honest, I'm tired of dealing with it anymore.

Although it burned out suddenly after 2.5 years while I was brushing my teeth, it is awesome. Maybe it has something to do with a fall.
Compared to a previous model of the same company, it is definitely more powerful and I feel that it does a much better job. As for the mobile application it has, it serves me incredibly well and guides me. I am currently very happy with this purchase.
