The need for scientific engagement with the fundamental values of criminal procedural phenomenon and the limits of mutation of key institutions is enhanced today due to the increasing integration of law by the European Union as well as the successive legislative interventions. The transmission of specialized procedural knowledge, the provision of cognitive stimuli and positions for promoting dialogue between Theory and Case Law, and the formulation of research proposals in axial procedural themes are the main objectives of this textbook.
