With regard to the Ukrainian ecclesiastical issue, I wrote several articles that were widely published and circulated, and they sparked various comments. They are published here in a section so that readers can understand my overall opinion.

My basic thought is that the governance of the Church is "hierarchically conciliar" and "conciliarly hierarchical". Within the Church, nothing operates autonomously, but everything has unity and interdependence. The administrative mode of operation of the Church is done in the manner of the co-celebrant in the Divine Liturgy and is an extension of it.

In this sense, the so-called "autocephalous" of a Church operates, as well as the primacy of the Ecumenical Patriarchate. In the Orthodox Church, there is neither the papal primacy nor the federation of Protestant communities.

Thus, conciliarity is contrary to Papism, and hierarchy is contrary to Protestant federation. This is the beauty of Orthodox ecclesiology, which is undermined in our days.
