I was also swayed by the rave reviews of this book and bought it even though I generally don't like Trikizas' writing style. It is a colorless, black and white book that is far from any notion of storytelling, given that each continuation of the story you choose is one or two lines, the text of which makes absolutely no sense. It is indeed entertaining for a child to choose the continuation, but the difference is that there is no story to tell. I don't even consider it a book.

The only positive thing I find is that there is an interest in the fact that the child chooses the continuation of the story, which, however, has absolutely no meaning or message.

In all of his books, Triantafyllidis has a storytelling style so rich in images and words that it captivates the child, I believe.
