It was purchased for my 6-year-old son so that he can exercise while "playing video games". Excellent! All his clothes need to be changed from sweat within an hour. Recommended.

It's amazing for home workouts. First of all, the ring is quite challenging and will make you sweat within 5 minutes even if you are partially fit. The exercises you do are diverse and work almost your entire body - legs, arms, back, shoulders, abs, etc. It recognizes movements very well and through the right joycon, it can even measure your heart rate. I definitely recommend it for anyone who wants to exercise in a fun way at home

I had read the excellent reviews but I didn't expect something like this! It's amazing, the tracks change at a perfect pace so you don't get bored, you have motivation and you can't wait for the next one. Honestly, it's the perfect choice for people who are not into the gym. I now do a one-hour workout and I'm fully engaged, sweating without leaving the house. If we go into lockdown again, I'll become a pro! I highly recommend it without hesitation!!!!!

I was very skeptical at first about whether it's worth buying. With the quarantine, I decided to give it a chance. Well, I can say that if you do it for at least half an hour every day, it works wonders!! With each level, you unlock new exercises and it keeps you alert. Surely, in a personal training session, you would sweat more, but we're talking about a different value here. It requires commitment, like any other type of workout, after all.
It also tracks your heart rate and you can change the difficulty level daily.
Definitely, if done correctly, you sweat and exercise all muscle groups.

A love-hate relationship. 5 out of 5. Perfect for those stuck at home.

Great way to trick the exercise.
I wish it had vs with 2 people taking turns, maybe it does, we have played the basic story.
It informs you about the distance you will cover as you run on the track and at the end it counts your heartbeats and shows you the estimated number of calories you burned based on your weight and the kilograms you put in.
Don't expect it to be completely accurate obviously, but it doesn't have a tragic deviation from what the smartwatch measured.
It does a good job for maintenance for those who exercise and it's fun.
For those who don't exercise, it might be more effective, but keep in mind that a list is not enough, I would suggest around 4 for beginners and definitely 8 and above for those who train.
You can steal it so that it seems like you are doing the exercises, but really, what's the point.

Awesome market. And even if it cost more, it's worth it and more. Sweat bath after 30 minutes of training. Not suitable for children. It is exclusively for exercise. And it would be good for people who have never exercised before to seek out the way proper exercise is done in certain categories to avoid injuries.

You can't understand how intense the workout is unless you do it yourself. I literally almost died the first time, especially at the first boss, I had to stop 4 times to catch my breath. Moreover, when the program realizes that you're sitting, it stops counting the time you're exercising.
You start with 4-5 "basic" exercises and as you level up, you have up to 40 different exercises!!! Not to mention that you're literally dripping sweat from the 2nd minute.

It's worth its money and more! I've had it since Christmas and I've seen various things four times a week. Especially now that we have to stay at home, I'm going to binge-watch it!

And yet it works! And it works well, you feel the burn, you get your heart rate up, you get a real workout. Many modes, different exercises, heart rate monitoring, tracking your overall progress. I didn't believe in it at first, but it has almost replaced some days of outdoor activity

Excellent game, I don't regret buying it at all so far and it's very good at what it does.
