In Greek jurisprudence, as well as in science, the prevailing view acknowledges the application of Law 325 to the contract of dependent work, a fact that has contributed to its widespread use by workers. However, apart from the correctness of the above view, the truth is that its collective exercise, i.e. the withdrawal by multiple workers, as well as its exercise in tripartite employment relationships, have not received the necessary attention and processing until today. The above issues raise additional concerns regarding the conditions, the manner, and the results of the withdrawal, when the evolution of the employment contract is not smooth.

In this study, the function of the objection to withdrawal is examined in civil law, and then an attempt is made to highlight its compatibility with the employment contract. The significance of this research is highlighted, among other things, by the caution prevailing regarding its compatibility with the lease of labor, mainly due to the adverse consequences it entails for the operation of the enterprise. It is undoubtedly a borrowing of labor from criminal law, but its suitability and effectiveness in the employment contract are sought.
