The Avene Sunscreen Spray SPF 50+ contains its "SunSitive protection" photoprotective complex with minimal filters, stability, and long-lasting effectiveness, ensuring optimal protection from UVB-UVA.

Properties

  • The pro-tocopheryl, photostable, precursor molecule of vitamin E, acts in perfect complementarity with Thialidine, offering comprehensive cellular protection against free radicals.
  • Enriched with Avène Thermal Spring Water and plant glycerin, a highly moisturizing ingredient, it protects the skin and provides action against dryness.
  • It is water-resistant. Upon application, its new texture offers a feeling of comfort. This new generation of hydro-protective texture hydrates the skin for a long duration and protects it from drying out.
  • Does not leave white marks. 
  • Offers a fluid and lightweight texture.

Usage Instructions

  • On the face and neck: 6 sprays (spray on hands first and then apply). 
  • On other body areas: 12 sprays on each area. 
  • Before each sun exposure, apply evenly to all parts of the body that require protection.

    Having fair skin and many freckles, I have tried various SPF 50 sunscreens. It provides complete coverage for many hours at the beach. It is not meant to be worn for a casual outing as it is thick and waterproof. It requires a sufficient amount to be applied, but I haven't found any SPF 50 sunscreen that provides protection while also being lightweight and easy to spread.
