I don't know if I received the same pillow as the others, mine is quite more yellowish than the photo, firm 4/5, doesn't smell at all and in terms of height is fine, overall satisfied but I would like it a bit softer, maybe I don't have experience with latex

The pillow is indeed moderately soft, heavy, and of good quality. For the money it costs, it is perfect. There is a strong chemical smell at first, but it disappears with a wash. Advice for those looking for a pillow for neck support, ask your doctor first to recommend the appropriate type of pillow and then make your purchase.

Good pillow, we have had it for about 1 month and it has improved the quality of our sleep. It is medium to soft (hardness 2/5) and I think it is suitable for all sleeping positions, as it has 2 different heights: 10 and 12 cm.

Personally (75 kg/188 cm), I sleep on my side and the 12 cm height suited me, while my wife (55 kg/168 cm) who mainly sleeps on her side / stomach found the 10 cm height comfortable, but it was also convenient for sleeping on the back.

There is a smell of natural latex, but it is not particularly strong - I believe it will go away with time.

Regarding the product, it is of high quality, but I would prefer it to be 2-3 cm taller, so I am using a cushion underneath and I am comfortable.
