I expected it to be more powerful at low volumes. At high volumes, it is indeed very fast.
The touch buttons are definitely less functional than the old, rotating switches.
It heats up incredibly fast. You throw the butter in a cold pan, turn on the heat, and it starts melting within 4-5 seconds. It is easy to clean and its handling is quite simple. It has one large burner and 3 small ones, so if you want to use a large pan (28-30cm) and at the same time boil pasta, for example, in a large pot, one of the two utensils will be on a small burner and will not heat up as effectively. However, it is perfect for household use for 3-4 people. There is no chance I will go back to a non-induction stove.
I have had it for 8 months and I am very satisfied so far. The cookware heats up very quickly compared to traditional stoves. Several pots and pans are already induction-ready, so you don't need to buy new ones, just check if they have the special marking underneath. It requires a little attention while cooking because it can easily burn the food, so I cook at a lower intensity to keep up.
I wonder how I lived for so long without induction cooktops?? Incredibly fast and always spotless because it doesn't get heated (the pot gets heated, not the stove), so nothing sticks, everything comes off with a damp cloth. It cooks perfectly in both pots and pressure cookers. My mother got jealous and wants one too :)
P.S. Whoever thinks it doesn't cook well should look into the quality of their pot and the sizes. Small cross = Small pot. If you put a large pot on a small burner, you will indeed cook poorly because the pot won't heat evenly
I gave something extra in my knowledge as it is Bosch and I wanted them to have child lock but they were worth the money. Incredibly powerful, heats the water very quickly and I have reduced cooking time. In terms of cleaning, they are easy, with a cloth and cream they clean.
