I bought it a few months ago, but it was the first time I cleaned my mattress with this vacuum cleaner. I didn't expect to see what the bin collected, so I took several photos to send to my sister and decided to attach them here for everyone to see all the dead mites floating in the water of the bin. I cleaned only a double mattress and two pillows with steam and the vacuum, and the water changed color and filled with dirt. One of the most impressive machines I've ever had. I believe it's worth 100% of its money!
While I started using it excitedly as it had the ability to use steam and vacuum at the same time and it is convenient for a house with children, although as a vacuum it is not so powerful, in 1.5 years the following parts were damaged due to temperature:
- the bin
- the filter.
As a result, it does not latch and clean well, so I was asked to send it for a technical check at my own expense. I accepted it because I thought about how much it cost. It required a change of both the bin and the filter, and even though they had been damaged within the warranty period due to the temperature of the vacuum itself (which was used for only a 70 sqm house, so it was not left open for a long time), the warranty did not cover anything and I had to pay for the replacement parts and shipping back and forth. For that amount of money, I would not recommend it..
I bought it a while ago, especially for dust mites because I have many allergies and I am very satisfied. At first, I quickly vacuumed my carpets and thoroughly cleaned my mattress. I was impressed with how quickly I saw the cleaning results in the vacuum cleaner's bin, it filled up immediately with dirt. I believe that all this white gunk on the surface of the bin was from the dust mites on the mattress.
Of course, I have to say that I decided to evaluate it because over the weekend I cleaned my two carpets and I feel like I won't need a carpet cleaner again, and I am thrilled! I vacuumed the carpets with the steam of the machine and within 3 hours (I let them dry for a little while) they were clean and ready for storage. I believe it will be very helpful in many tasks, especially those considered heavy and tiring. It's worth the purchase and the money you will spend!
I have had it for a month and I am thrilled with its capabilities. At first, I read the instructions very carefully because it was the first time I came into contact with such a machine. The vacuum cleaner's tank must always have water, up to the max mark. From the first day, I cleaned the mattresses with steam and then, according to the instructions, which by the way are in Greek and detailed, I used the water vacuum cleaner, using the same attachment, and the amount of dirt the tank collected was unbelievable! Imagine that I didn't even think we had a problem with dust mites. I believe it is essential for every home. I recommend it to everyone!
