Owner of this for 3 years. It gave me a hard time. Cleaning too much greasing. Losing parts every month and searching for orings. Difficult to clean inside. Also, I had to go for service 3 times in 2 years because it had issues. Finally, a few months ago, I bought a similar delonghi and I relaxed. Better in everything and quieter. Simpler group and less cleaning. And the worst part? They charged me at the dealership every time during the warranty, and unfortunately, there is one here where I live.

I bought the machine for 356 euros. Honestly, I didn't expect it to be so good. I have bought professional machines which I stopped using after months due to time, cleanliness, and machine warming issues. I turn it on and it's ready in a few seconds. The froth milk is perfect. I use Dimello coffee and its taste is excellent. With this machine, I stopped buying coffee from outside. I highly recommend it!

In these money, I think any other choice is better.
It makes single espresso shots at a time because it has a small group.
The water quantity adjustment is ridiculous as the minimum is soup (fills only one cup to the top) and the maximum is a pot of soup.
The group mechanism has grease on it, which makes it difficult to clean and requires "greasing" every 500 coffees.
The automatic frother has a good texture but it is not hot enough like when you make it with a wand as it just froths the milk little by little and you have no control over the temperature.
You cannot make just frothed milk.
You cannot run water to clean whenever you want, only by starting the decalc cycle.
