The fan was purchased a year ago. As intended, it operates in a professional space and obviously lasted only 3 months last year and hasn't lasted even 1 month this year. It short-circuited and started to smell, resulting in the circuit board of the built-in controller turning black and only operating at full speed, which you can't approach within 3 meters, and the rotation doesn't work, nor does any of the 2 controllers give a command. It only works when plugged in and turns off when unplugged. For the past 2 weeks, I have been trying to get help from customer service. I am disappointed and frustrated.

Very noisy! The remote control is completely useless (it doesn't matter if you have it or not). I don't think it's worth the money. It's powerful, but you have to use it on low otherwise it feels like you're at an airport.
