Pleasant surprise!!
After a year of use, I discovered that it also has a built-in computer battery underneath the space for regular batteries.
If you find a transparent plastic piece coming out of the slot near the photo screw, pull it out and remove it.
This activates the internal battery and during any power outage, it will turn off to save energy for the display, but as soon as the power comes back on, it turns on without losing the settings!!
Otherwise, it has reliable humidity and temperature measurements and definitely does not consume the energy of a 30-inch television.
To avoid constantly changing batteries, find an old phone charger and connect it with the USB cable from the packaging.

  It is unacceptable difficult to use/program. The battery doesn't hold, and if you have it with a power supply, if you unplug it, you have to adjust it from the beginning.
  I will try to return it to Kotsovolos.

  Better with a simple analog clock to just see the time, combined with a simple thermometer/hygrometer. Or a simple smart clock to also have an alarm, but I already have it on my smartphone.

When the power returns after a blackout, the data is not lost if it has batteries. It has a factory setting to change the brightness from 6:00 to 18:00. That means from 6:00 to 17:59 it has full brightness due to the sunlight, as it may be placed in a spot where it catches the sun. From 18:00 to 5:59 it has the lowest brightness due to the sunset.   Beautiful product. The only negative thing is that it requires many buttons to adjust the alarm. As for the power consumption, it has a USB port with a 0.5A output. So, since it is 5V, the total is 2.5W. Even if you have a charger with 1A, the total is 5W. I don't know how this can reach the levels of a 30-watt device.
