Description

80 Plus Gold Certification

The SilentStorm Cool Zero is 80 PLUS Gold certified, achieving at least 90% efficiency at 50% load, as well as 87% efficiency at 20% and 100% load. Additionally, the power supply is equipped with all the usual safety features for protection against damages: Overvoltage and overcurrent protection, undervoltage protection, short circuit protection, and overheat and overload protection.

Japanese Capacitors

The exclusive use of Japanese capacitors with a rated temperature of 105 °C and a 135 mm fan with fluid dynamic bearing ensure silent and reliable operation with a mean life cycle of over 100,000 hours.

Adjustable Cooling

In standby mode, the power supply unit's fan can continue to operate for 60 seconds after shutdown, if necessary, to ensure the system is fully cooled. Additionally, with the Zero RPM feature, the fan rotation can stop at low to medium loads, allowing for noiseless operation.

Extremely Stable Voltage Regulation

With modern LLC resonant converter technology, the power supply provides stable and reliable voltage with minimal levels of noise and heat.

Fully Modular Design

All cables of the SilentStorm Cool Zero are modular and can be used according to specific requirements. A convenient cable bag for unused cables is included. The two 4+4 CPU cables ensure compatibility with power-hungry modern systems.

This specific power supply is excellently constructed with good materials (Japanese) from a relatively good OEM. It is fully modular, meaning you won't have any issues with cables. It has a feature that allows it to work for almost a minute after you shut down your PC to completely remove hot air from the case. It is 80plus Gold certified. The packaging is quite nice. Overall, I don't know yet if it's good, it will show in the future. However, its price is very good for what it offers. It's a great value for money. I bought the 650W version.
