  Well, after using it for about a month, I will say the following: the stove is simply superb. I have a 106 square meter house. Of course, I don't expect it to heat up the whole thing. However, by closing off a room that is not being used, it heats up satisfactorily. It is economical when, after an hour, you press the economic program button. It smells at first, yes... and you need to have the windows open when you turn it on. However, this doesn't last more than five minutes. It is great value for money. I highly recommend it!!!!!!

  The best portable heating device there is. Quality heating that remains in the room. It smells very little only when lighting and extinguishing it, but very little, the smell goes away very quickly and then it doesn't smell at all. It heats our 80sqm room very quickly, in half an hour from 16 it raises it to 21. It burns 23 watts on electricity (nothing) and 0.3 on kerosene on average per hour. Those who have seen the performance of our stove are amazed!!! The best heater by far!!

  The following description is about the Kerosun LC-56.

  It is obvious that those of us who resort to this heating method prioritize affordability. Starting with this primary factor, I ended up choosing this heating method as the most economical option, having ruled out electricity, gas, and oil. Consequently, it was the only way to go.

  The only downside of this heating method is the smell that everyone mentions when turning it on or off. I have the impression that the save button mitigates the smell, as long as you press it before it starts operating. In any case, this button should be activated because it provides the best possible fuel management.

  The rooms heat up immediately, even the adjacent ones. In terms of heat output, it is excellent. You will feel warm in an instant.

  I haven't opened any windows or doors when turning it on or off. But it does smell.

  To open and close it on the balcony, you can only do it if there is a direct access. If you need to lift it because there is a threshold at the bottom of the access, it will turn off. And since most houses have thresholds on their balcony doors, you will never be able to take it outside.

  I only use the Crystal 1, which is supposed to be odorless, but the smell is still present. It might have been worse with the inferior extra kerosene.

  The device is Japanese = Warranty.

  The digital display DOES NOT light up as shown in the photos.

  One of the best choices for a home without central heating and generally installed radiators. Very good performance. Heats up quite quickly. Like all heating devices, you need to learn its tricks in order to operate it correctly and economically. On the first day, I had it on maximum and it burned about 4 liters in 10 hours. Then I realized that in save mode it burns much less and the performance has a small difference, so the consumption issue was resolved. Now, about the smell issue. When turning it on and off, yes, it smells quite a bit. When I turn it on, I close all the rooms and leave only the one where the stove is open for 5 minutes. The smell goes away quickly. The same goes for turning it off. During operation, every hour I open 2 windows for 2 minutes for ventilation. This should be done for anything that burns inside the house in order to let oxygen in. I always operate the dehumidifier at the lowest setting at the same time and I have no problem with humidity. Having low humidity helps a lot in distributing the temperature everywhere and not locally, and if the dehumidifier has an ionizer, it completely removes the smell of the stove. For those who have a problem with the smell during operation, the reason is as follows: 1) Poor combustion due to altitude. There are 3 settings depending on the altitude you are at. 2) You have it on maximum all the time and every 2 to 3 hours it cuts off to self-clean, and that's when it emits a smell. 3) The same happens whenever it changes the combustion scale (being an inverter). Sometimes the conditions may be such that the stove is in the transition phase for a long time and it fluctuates in intensity, which can make it smell a lot. I solved this by permanently setting it to save mode. Otherwise, you can set it to maximum for 1 to 2 hours if the house is very cold and then immediately switch to save mode. Now that kerosene has also been included in heating benefits, something will change. Regardless of the fact that it now costs 55 to 65 euros for 20 liters, which is 3 euros per liter, and no one sets any limits for them.

  The stove was purchased to heat a space of about 60 square meters, as the central heating in the apartment building is not used. The performance is excellent. It heats up the space quickly and easily, while being quiet. There is a smell when lighting and extinguishing it, as others have mentioned, but I make sure to light it in an outdoor area. Once it has been running for about 10 minutes, I carefully move it to the indoor space and it doesn't smell at all. It is also excellent in terms of consumption due to the thermostat, as it only works when the temperature drops below the desired level.
  Moving it, if necessary, should be done with great caution. Finally, as others have mentioned in their reviews, it is advisable to leave a window slightly open in the space for air circulation.
  Quite satisfied with this stove. I solved the heating problem we had at the maximum level.

  UPDATE: I installed four office chair wheels on the stove for better mobility. Please note that the screws should be self-tapping and not too long.
  The stove is the same model as the lc 44. The only difference is in the electronic system and, of course, the price, which is approximately 100 euros more expensive. Everything else is the same. It's just that the 45 is a newer model. Since it is for a 75 sqm area, it requires a large space. To work properly, make sure there is nothing within 70 points perimeter. Also, there should be a slightly open window or balcony door in the area where it is located. Approximately half a finger thickness. It smells slightly when lit and extinguished. But with an open window for three minutes, everything is fine. It works perfectly with kerosene, specifically kerosun crystal. With any other fuel, it smells strongly. I prefer to buy directly from the dealership, as the kerosene is more economical, around 40 euros for 18 liters. In terms of consumption, with the selected temperature of 21 degrees in the stove, it burns approximately 0.26 liters per hour. Be careful when transporting it while it is operating because if moved forcefully, it will extinguish. It quickly heats up the space. Contact the dealership for any questions. I hope I helped

  I have it for a year. It does indeed smell a little bit when turned on and a little less when turned off. I only use crystal one air freshener. It consumes about 10 liters per week with 6-7 hours per day at 22 degrees. It quickly heats up a living room dining room of 45 square meters. Don't expect it to heat up the bedrooms, but it does something. I turn it off at night when I sleep.

  Την έχω 4 χρόνια. Το πρώτο που έχω να πω είναι ότι με την crystal μυρίζει περισσότερο αποτι με την φτηνότερη την extra. Το σημαντικότερο είναι όμως ότι με την extra ζεσταίνει σαφώς περισσότερο. Ίσως η άοσμη να είναι για τις rainbow και δεν μας το λένε γιατί είναι ακριβότερη. Ειλικρινά μετανιώνω τις δύο χρονιές που έκαιγα αποκλειστικά crystal νομίζοντας ότι μυρίζει λιγότερο. Δοκιμάστε τα καύσιμα και θα δείτε ότι έχω δίκιο. Τώρα σας έχω δύο λύσεις για δύο βασικά προβλήματα. Αγοράστε μια βάση με ροδάκια ή ένα φτηνό και φαρδύ skateboard των 20 ευρώ. Έτσι μπορείτε να την ανάβετε με μακριά μπαλαντεζα σε κάποιο δωμάτιο που το αφήνετε ανοιχτό για πέντε λεπτά μετά το άναμμα. Προσοχή στην κύλιση δεν θέλει κραδασμούς γιατί ενεργοποιείται ο αισθητήρας σεισμού που έχει (Ιαπωνία γαρ) και σβήνει. Για το θερμόμετρο τώρα. Βγάλτε την κάψουλα του καυσίμου και πιέστε τα δύο κλιπακια του πλαστικού προστατευτικού που έχει στο θερμόμετρο ώστε να ξεκουμπωσει.   I have owned this stove for 5 days now. The first negative thing for me is the smell it emits at the beginning, during ignition. However, this can be easily solved by constructing a base with wheels and moving it with a trolley outside or to a space like a bathroom with an open window for the first 10 minutes of operation. If you don't want it to smell when you turn it off, leave it in save mode for half an hour before. Also, as most people write, the best kerosene you can use is Crystal one, and I say this because there was no smell at all inside the room during the entire operation of the stove. Now, let's talk about the performance of the stove. I heat a unified space of a living room, dining room, and kitchen, around 70 square meters, and it heats up very quickly, even in save mode it gives off heat like radiators. Yesterday, on Saturday, December 18, 2021, when it was very cold, we didn't need any additional heating in this space. Of course, to tell the truth, if there is autonomous heating in the house and the apartment complex uses it, meaning a boiler, it is better to turn on the radiator because it will heat the whole house more efficiently and economically. In my case, the boiler in the apartment complex is not working, so I have to resort to other heating methods. Another disadvantage is the price of kerosene, 45 euros for 20 liters of Crystal one, so before someone buys the stove, this might be its major drawback. Now, as for consumption, I don't have an opinion yet. I will come back in the next period to inform you, as the total usage I have done is almost 24 hours of operation, in total over three days, so the 7-liter tank it has hasn't emptied yet.

  Well, today is December 26, 2021, Happy New Year and Merry Christmas. After measuring, the stove in save mode lasts for 32 hours with a refill of 7.5 liters. The cost per hour that I calculated is about 0.55 euros for one hour of fuel. Assuming that I will use it for 4 months, 8 hours a day, a total of 960 hours, it will burn around 530 euros of fuel during that time.

  I have installed it in a large open space living room kitchen. As for the heat it produces, it is very good, pleasant. No comparison with electric heaters, air conditioners. It emits a slightly annoying smell when starting up and a less annoying one when turning off. During operation, when you are in the room where it is functioning, you don't smell anything, but when you come from outside or from other rooms, you get an indistinct smell, probably from the combustion, just like when you enter a room with a lit fireplace, no matter how well the fireplace draws if it is a traditional open one. Just like the fireplace, it has a flame and consumes oxygen, so it needs to be opened occasionally to let fresh air into the room. For a 70 sqm open space, I would buy the larger one. Anyone with a sensitive nose should not get it, the truth is that everyone perceives it differently. It consumes approximately 100ml per hour, regardless of the model, and 1000 kw. The power consumption is minimal, so you won't see a significant increase in your electricity bill. It hasn't created any humidity on the windows or walls for me. The base with the wheels is very convenient for transportation or changing the direction of the air with a finger. For maintenance, I clean it once a week with a vacuum cleaner to remove dust and wipe the grilles with a damp cloth. Finally, during the winter, I get it serviced at the dealership, just like I do with an oil boiler.   I bought the Kerosun LC-56 and found the Kerosun LC-52 used, so I have an opinion and experience from 2 different devices that are essentially the same in size and capabilities. From what I understand, the LC-52 is an older model without any differences.

  My purpose was to heat a 45sqm office space for a few hours every day during the cold winter days, as the air conditioning couldn't cover it.

  - It smells when opening and closing, as everyone says. You can't lift it and move it while it's in operation because it shuts off.

  - However, it also smells during use: This is what interests most people. Yes, it smells quite a bit, especially with the "Odorless" kerosene "Kerosun Crystal ONE". However, because I have also tried a gas heater, the Kerosun smells less. You can strongly smell the odor when coming from outside the clean air, and not so much when you are inside the room, but you still feel the gas in the atmosphere. It is definitely not healthy. Indirectly, but clearly, they also write it on the instructions: "this product is not suitable for primary heating purposes."

  - It heats quite well, but what's the point if you have to ventilate the room well every hour to avoid suffocation. When I say ventilation, I mean opening a window for about 3 minutes. This way, cold air enters again and you lose a lot of the benefits. And let's say you don't want to ventilate well because you don't want to lose the heat, it will automatically turn off due to lack of oxygen.

  - The kerosene is very expensive, 37Euros for 20 liters, which will barely last you 5 days for 8 hours each day at low temperatures of 20-21 degrees.

  - Personally, because I don't want to inhale the gas, I keep it open at a low temperature at night to keep the office warm until the morning when I will turn it off, ventilate, and turn on the air conditioning. If I need additional heat, I use electric heaters for the hours I will be there.

  I would not recommend it for anyone who wants to keep it open and be in the space it heats. Definitely, an air conditioning unit with an inverter is more cost-effective in the end and healthier.

  P.S. The old one I found used was stored in a humid place for 1 year and it rusted a bit. So, for those who buy it, they should make sure not to keep it in a humid place.

  P.S.3. I also tried it in a small 12sqm room, it easily heats it at the lowest intensity, but for the gas, it needs to be opened every 20 minutes

  I have it since 12/2019 to heat a 18sqm room. The room has 3 windows with double glazing and two internal doors to unheated spaces. The doors have glass but are sealed at the bottom. The stove is placed on a platform with wheels for easy movement even when it is operating, and if it shakes above a certain limit, it automatically shuts off. I did this mainly to light it outside of the specific space and transfer it to it with slow movements, to avoid the smell it emits during ignition and extinguishing. Now I light it in the specific space by opening doors and windows for five minutes. Of course, if I am going to stop it, I take it out of the room and that's it for the day. The smell it emits either at the beginning or at the end is not tolerable for me and this makes it inconvenient. I cannot easily light it and extinguish it at will. The stove heats up the room very quickly. Already from the first 5 minutes with doors and windows open, you feel warmth. The stove always smells, even with the supposed "odorless" Crystal One kerosene. When I leave the room and re-enter, the smell becomes noticeable, otherwise you get used to it, although sometimes the atmosphere is not tolerable for me. Sometimes I have the feeling that I am entering a room that was previously smoked in. The stove is set at 20 degrees and in this specific room, it burns the 7 liters that its container can hold max in 29 hours. So, with today's price of 27 euros/18 liters, it costs 0.36 cents per hour of operation. That is, with 8 hours/day for a week = 20.16 euros. For approximately 1 month, it costs about 80 euros. I consider this to be a high cost, especially when it comes to a room of only 18sqm. Everyone judges.

  For a 60sqm home. It covers it easily! The initial smell, as mentioned before, is solved by ventilating the room for 5 minutes and beyond that, you don't notice it! On the lowest setting of 20 degrees Celsius, it raises the temperature to 24-25 degrees Celsius.

I am quite satisfied with the heat it produces. Okay, I admit it smells like car exhaust when you turn it on, but ONLY when you turn it on. I don't have a radiator at home, so I settle for it to get through the cold nights. Much more powerful than an air conditioner (at temperatures of -15° that we reach here in January, an air conditioner CANNOT work), much more economical than space heaters...

  I have been using it for 6 years now. It smells when you light it up, so you need to ventilate. Five minutes before I turn it off, I lower the desired temperature to the minimum, so it doesn't smell much and there's no need to ventilate the house. It adequately covers a 126 sq.m. house by working all day at the set minimum desired temperature (6°C). I need 4 reusable 18-liter containers per month, costing 32 euros each (price in 2021), for a detached house with nonexistent insulation now that it's cold. I consider it economical. It should be noted that it works all day at the minimum setting and keeps the house at 20°C in the living room and kitchen, and at 19°C in the bedrooms. A great advantage is that it doesn't create humidity during operation like gas heaters, and it's super safe from fumes. Attention!!! Buy the appropriate stove for your space. A large one that works at the minimum temperature (6°C) doesn't smell during use, while a small one that operates at 50% of its capacity will make the room smell no matter what type of fuel you choose. I have both and I've learned from experience.

  I have had the stove for 1 month. It burns 20 liters in 8-9 days. It heats up the house to 21 degrees in an 80 square meter space, not that it can't go higher, but it has an issue with the space sensor and it shuts off on its own. I believe once I fix this, the consumption will increase but the heat will improve. It uses Crystal One fuel and doesn't smell. During ignition, I only leave the window slightly open. Overall, it's worth its money.

  However, you should know that the stove needs space around it to work properly, at least 1 meter. If you are in a tight space, it's better to get a wick heater.

  After 2 years of using the LC 56 for heating only, I have to say it's worth its money and more. In an 80 square meter space with a temperature of 22+ degrees, continuous burning for 17 hours consumes 6.5 liters in 2 and something days. That's around 5€ per day, depending on the price of kerosene. I live in an apartment with someone above and below me. I tried a Rainbow heater to see if I wouldn't get warm enough with the LC 56, but it's not cost-effective as it consumes a lot.

  On 15/11/21, I am providing an update with a complaint not towards the stove but towards the service. They charged me 60€ for a check-up and in the end, there is no service for LC stoves in the whole Thessaly region, only in Athens and Thessaloniki with shipping costs on me. It's a shame because it's a nice product that they can't support. With these circumstances and the fuel price (42€ for 20 kilograms), I think this will be the last year I will light it. We'll see

  I have the lc56 in my possession.
  First of all, I will start with the space I want to heat....
  The house is new with insulation and double glazed windows, which is in the area of Achaia law, and it is 100 sqm.
  So, the area that the stove covers is about 45 sqm, which quickly heats up the rooms but does not warm them up, and that is logical....
  I always have it in safe mode and it covers me!
  In use for 6-7 hours a day, I need 18 liters of fuel per week!!
  So, I consider 160€ per month to be prohibitive for permanent heating.
  If you have the house as a holiday home like me, I think it is a good solution....
  A big negative is that during the start and stop of the stove, it smells bad.... resulting in the need to open the door and it's fine during the start, but during the shutdown, you lose heating!!

  Heats up quickly and lasts. In terms of consumption, which interests most people, I would say it is not so economical. It kept my room warm for about 5 days. Of course, I have it in the living room where there is a lot of draft from the door.

  It heats very well and quickly despite having it in a large space!!!
  The only issue is that it smells a little when it turns on at the beginning, but after that, it has no smell at all with incredible performance.

  I have it myself for about two months. The space for which I got it is large, 98 sq.m, and not unified, it heats the living room quickly and satisfactorily, but the other rooms less. If it gets very cold, we need additional heating for the rest of the house. It does indeed burn a lot of oil, although it has the economical function, but the efficiency is lower. So, how long it will last depends on usage, but in normal operation, it doesn't last a week with the 18-liter tank (40 euros). It smells a little when opening and closing, but if I open the door for 2 minutes, the smell goes away. One negative thing in my opinion is that I arranged for someone from Kerosun to come to my place for a free demonstration, as it was written on the packaging (the store where I bought it didn't tell me anything). The person who came was clearly in a hurry, answered some of my questions about usage hastily, no demonstration or anything. However, overall satisfied.

  Εγώ πήρα την απόφαση να την πάρω λόγο του υψηλού κόστους από την χρήση λέβητα πετρελαίου λόγο κακής τοποθέτησης και μπορώ να πω πως σε σπιτι 100 τετραγωνικά δεν κάνει δουλειά από μόνη της αν δεν έχει και βοήθεια από κάποια άλλη πηγή θερμότητας...Εγώ παράλληλα χρησιμοποιώ και 2 κλιματιστικά 1 σόμπα χαλαζία και ένα αφυγραντιρα όποσδιποτε σε θερμοκρασία κάτω του μηδέν. Αν έξω έχει 14 βαθμούς και δουλεύει συνεχώς 6 ώρες θα πάει στους 20 με χρήση πάντα αφυγραντιρα..με χρήση οκταωρου σε αίθριο καιρό το ντεπόζιτο διαρκεί έως 4 μέρες.. με άσχημο καιρό 2.. ζεσταίνουμε το σπιτι με συνδικαλιστές πηγές θερμότητας πάντα.. Δεν ζεσταίνετε όλο το σπιτι παρά μόνο μετά από 6 ώρες. Οπότε αν στο σπιτι σας το κόστος πετρελαίου θέρμανσης είναι στα 150 ευρώ το μήνα είναι πολύ καλά αν όμως είναι στα 500 ευρώ το μήνα μπορεί είμαι εγώ να την πάρετε άφοβα...ανώτερη από κλιματιστικά σε ποιότητα αίσθησης.. άναψε σβήσε έξω.

  I bought it two weeks ago and I am completely disappointed. It consumes a lot of oil, 1 liter for two hours of operation, and in save mode at 20 degrees adjustable, it costs almost 2€ for 2 hours of operation. I don't know if it is cost-effective compared to the air conditioner, and we are only talking about 40 square meters, it will definitely not cover the claimed 90 square meters. Also, you can't move it, as soon as you lift it, it will turn off, so you can't turn it on outside on the balcony because it smells a bit when you turn it on. It heats up, but I don't think it is economical at all
