I mainly bought it for omelettes, which it makes perfectly. However, when I tried to cook other foods, like meat, I noticed that it doesn't have good conductivity as the ceramic stove had burned (ceramic stove) while the temperature hadn't risen to the same level, resulting in a slow cooking/frying process. The eggs didn't require high temperature and the stove was on max, so it took me a while to notice it. I will stick to omelettes, which as I said, it makes perfectly!

Unfortunately, the fact that it is lightweight has a disadvantage. It does not distribute the temperature correctly, resulting in the pan being hot mainly in the middle and not on the edges. I was not satisfied.
