We had the big one with 2500w. Very good performance, even in a 40sqm space it broke the cold. In the bedroom, it had excellent performance, with immediate heating of the room in the up auto program... I didn't look into the rest and it seemed quite difficult. This year we also bought the smaller one with 1800w for the children's room. We set the thermostat to 18 and it keeps a stable temperature all night, only turning on a few times and only two out of the five lines at most. Lightweight and easy to move with the wheels, but still even if you lift it. We use them exclusively as floor heaters and not as wall heaters, which I believe would have losses. It does indeed function as an inverter with minimal power consumption, in essence we didn't see a tremendous difference in the bill. The only problem is the blue light which is too intense for the night, but we put a matchbox on top and the light is not visible, also when you increase the temperature it makes a loud beep and if the baby is sleeping it's an issue. Regarding the USB, with the old Philco application it didn't work and we had left it, now that we got the second one we downloaded the new application on our phones and it works without any problems. Very useful for changing the temperature without having to get out of bed. I also read the other comments and it really might purely depend on the placement for the performance.
I bought it for my daughter's very small room. It works well so far, but for larger spaces it's not worth it. I tried it in the bedroom, which is 20™, and I will come back with feedback on the consumption.
It was used as a supplementary heating solution for a small room during the hours I sit at the computer. The results were meager as the body heats the space locally, I had to have my feet almost on top of the device to feel satisfied with the warmth, and of course the consumption was relatively high, as it took a while to warm up the room. On the positive side, it is lightweight and easily portable, as it has wheels, but to be warm, you will definitely need good insulation and a second heat source
It is a very good machine IF it withstands the test of time. It is Chinese and unfortunately, the circuit board broke after 10 months. Unfortunately, I got caught in a whirlwind with the dealership and official service, and we all understand what that means...
+Small size & lightweight. It has wheels and a base for floor or wall placement. Quiet. Pleasant warmth (as much as it emits). Adjusts intensity on its own.
-Does not have a handle for transportation. Does not have heating performance. The electronic thermostat maintains the temperature 3 degrees lower than the setting. The filters it has are 1x2.5 cm in size. Programming is difficult to impossible with the provided manual. The WiFi accessory is an extra cost of 25 euros. The blue light on the control panel is constantly on. The buttons on the control panel are very close to each other and beep with each press. Very expensive for what it actually offers.
I bought this specific Heater-Converter PCH/AGI-1500EF with 1500w inverter for 107 euros to heat a 13 sqm bedroom without insulation, with double balcony door and window, due to the electronic thermostat, timer, and its size at 1500 watts. I set the temperature to 20 degrees and in 4 hours it had raised the temperature from 13.5 to 15.7 degrees, constantly working at full intensity. I was desperate! Then I turned on the a/c and left only the converter on when the temperature from the a/c reached 20 degrees. The converter started to decrease intensity at 18.5 degrees, stopped working at 19.8 degrees Celsius (measurements with my own room thermometer), and started working again after hours when the temperature dropped to 17 degrees. In the morning, after 10 hours of operation at 20 degrees, the temperature was 17.1 degrees Celsius.
Conclusion: If you do not have supplementary heating and do not intend to operate the Philco converter continuously (24/7), do not buy it. I will return it because it is useless for what I bought it for. Maybe it has performance in a space up to 5 sqm, but it is unsuitable for a bathroom, as the user manual states that "the device should not be exposed to water," so it is not suitable for the bathroom even though the packaging states that it is IP24 (splash protection).
I have been very satisfied. Firstly, the thermostat works correctly. Secondly, it heats up quickly and gives off nice warmth. In the bedroom, it turns it into an oven. In the living room, which is 25 square meters, it takes longer, but still raises the temperature. It doesn't have a handle for easy transportation, but it can be easily moved with the wheels or a bit more difficult if you hold it from behind. As for consumption, I don't have an opinion yet, but at least it heats up. I have tried other products that consumed energy and didn't heat up. It is definitely an expensive product, so in order to say if it's worth the money I paid, I need to see if it will last in the long run.
In a 20sqm space with aluminum windows with good insulation, a low ceiling, I have it as heating for the night.... With the thermostat set at 23 degrees, the temperature ranges from 20 to 23... The thermostat works well without significant fluctuations in temperature... It is also quite quiet without the annoying sound that heaters make when they heat up... the only downside is that the light on the control panel does not turn off...
After 1 winter of use and using it as heating for the children's room at night, I am quite satisfied, the room stayed at 19-20 degrees, the machine was at 22 degrees... the thermostat works very well and the fact that it automatically adjusts the intensity it works at is very good for saving money... I can say that the difference in electricity consumption is acceptable...
Attention those who want to place it on the wall --- Its base on the top side is narrow, resulting in not being able to attach it at least on the right side as we look at it, as the control panel protrudes so much that it touches the wall.
In other words, it does not fit on the wall with the base it has inside.
Furthermore, the official service NEVER responded.
Having read very carefully the comments of many buyers, I bought 2 for a high-ceiling living room of about 30 sqm with an internal staircase. It is quiet but performs well from 23 and above. I don't turn it off at all and at night I set it to 18. It is beautiful and lightweight. I chose a few watts so as not to burden the line. Maybe I should have bought bigger ones. It performs better in combination with a dehumidifier. We will see the consumption in a little while. I hung it on the wall and it looks beautiful. It doesn't bother at all.
After some initial doubts about its functionality, after using it for a few days, I can say that I am very satisfied with the device. I heat a room of 18 square meters with two double-glazed windows and two internal doors leading to the rest of the house, which is not heated at all. The heating of the space is relatively slow but steady. We can increase the desired temperature, for example, to 25 degrees for faster heating. The fact that it is an inverter may mean that it is more economical than other similar devices, but I will know this when I receive my first electricity bill. I should mention that I also use a KEROSUN in the same space, which heats it up very quickly, although it has the known problem of odor. When I turn off the KEROSUN, I turn on this device and the temperature remains stable at the same level. From calculations I have made, the electricity consumption at the nominal levels of this device is more economical than kerosene, which should be considered a very expensive fuel. In conclusion, whether in combination with the KEROSUN or on its own, this device satisfies me - as long as I don't receive any unexpected electricity bills, of course. Recommended, especially at the price I bought it for, 100 euros on Black Friday.

Very good!!! They were used in 2 rooms with moderate insulation in Crete with a lot of humidity in the area!!! From early January until around March 10th, they were set at 19°C and we had measured room temperature of 18°C with a thermometer!!! We turned them on from midnight until 7am in the morning!! With the nighttime electricity tariff from 2am onwards, the extra cost for the two months was about 30 euros!!! The air quality and consequently the quality of sleep were much better than before with the air conditioning!!!
It has a bright blue LED screen and unfortunately does not give you the option to turn it off. It also does not offer the option to turn off the sound of the buttons. These 2 features make it quite difficult to use in a child's bedroom.
It seems to be worth its money so far. It does what it says.
