It fixed the problem I had in my hand due to the mouse, along with a gel on the wrist you won't have a problem in your hand, buy it everyone who has such issues.
If you have an issue with tendinitis, it is very worth it as a purchase. I would suggest having another regular mouse for serious work because at first, there is an adjustment period of 2-3 weeks.

User of a few days in home, wired use, I will present pros and cons:
Pros:
1) Ability for wired and wireless use
2) Buttons of satisfactory size
3) The thumb buttons for forward/backward are -correctly- only on the upper side, unlike other mice that have them up-down, thus increased risk of mistakes. Positive that the area is wide enough for thumb rest.
Cons:
1) It is not 100% one-size-fits-all. Definitely try it in a store that has it available.
2) You will need to download the Logitech application for better DPI adjustment.
Very good, for office work (especially in the field of IT) definitely get a vertical mouse. Now this particular one is very good except for the following two disadvantages:
- It does not have a slot for its own receiver, so you can easily lose it if you use the mouse with Bluetooth.
- In mine (and a colleague's), after 2 years the left click started to become watery. For its price, I would expect better durability.
100% worth its money. I bought it because I work 10-11 hours every day, and my hand had started to hurt a lot. After 1 month, I noticed that the pain decreased. Now, I have had the mouse for about 6 months and I am completely satisfied. As for the pros, I have only charged it twice because its battery lasts a long time.
Overall, the mouse doesn't lag, doesn't lose Bluetooth connection, is lightweight, and fits perfectly in the hand. Obviously, it will take someone about a week to get used to it, but it's worth it.
In general, I feel a tremendous difference from normal mice. Especially for people who design on pen displays/pen tablets, I think it is particularly convenient since the hand is in roughly the same position. Immediate relief for the wrist and fingers. I give it 4/5, I will wait to see when the battery runs out for the last star.

This is literally a vertical ergonomic mouse. Ergonomic doesn't mean comfortable, it means it is designed to serve in typical work environments. So, be careful and make sure you find an owner or store to try it out and examine if it suits you before purchasing it, as it is not in the range of €20. It was bought for €88 for an office environment. Its position is a slight curve from the handshake position. There is the Lift model, which has an even smaller tilt angle. As mentioned by another user, it is recommended for medium and large hands.
It is quite lightweight, which I consider not serving the purpose in this case, and perhaps a negative point is that there is no weight adjustment option. In my case, the click slightly moved the mouse. I had to decrease the speed. It is quite noisy with the characteristic click sound, which I think is a mistake for a work environment. On the other hand, the set with the ergonomic keyboard ERGO K860 is silent. It works both wired and wireless (Bluetooth or unifying receiver) with three device options per connection (3 connection/device). The MX series also works with Flow, which personally serves me for switching between laptop and three monitors. As for durability, we will have to wait and see.
Very comfortable to use and easy to get used to. It's super easy to connect, and it recognized the included unifying dongle automatically. The mouse can pair to up to 3 devices, and has a small button underneath that allows you to switch between devices. It can also be paired via bluetooth, and works in wired mode only. The included cable is USB-A to USB-C.
The only downside to it is that the pointer speed button on the mouse has 2 settings that cannot be adjusted without the Logitech options software. This can be a hassle when I connect it to my business laptop, where I'm not allowed to install any software, and have no access to the control panel to change the pointer speed from there.
Excellent design for relatively long fingers like mine. The weight is as good as the build quality, excellent! It was the first time I bought an ergonomic mouse and I got used to it immediately, within 2 days. My work requires a mouse with precision and comfort, I should have bought it a long time ago.
I will start with the positives. The mouse indeed helps to prevent wrist pain during long hours of use (minimum of 8 hours). Additionally, it is quiet and easy to get used to for regular use.
As for the negatives, I use it for both work and personal use. At work, it is connected to Windows, while for personal use, it is on MacOS. I do not encounter any problems with Windows. On the other hand, with MacOS, it often restarts on its own several times throughout the day. This means that it disconnects and then reconnects after a few seconds. You might say that a few seconds is nothing, but when this happens multiple times in a day, it becomes annoying. I don't know if this is specific to MacOS, and I have tried all the "fixes" suggested on the internet, but nothing works. Another negative aspect I noticed is that it is somewhat heavy compared to other mice, but for me, it is not that important compared to the disconnections.
* No, I have not tried using it with the USB that comes with it because the purpose of having Bluetooth is to use it with Bluetooth. If it did not have this capability, then I either would not have chosen it from the beginning or would not have paid so much for it.
It is good, but it is primarily for male hands. I measured my hand according to the company's measurement to see if the mouse is suitable for my hands. I was in the medium range and not in the lower limit, however, it is large and therefore tiring. I got the smaller size.
Very good mouse! A bit expensive but worth the money and it relieves the wrist. It is easy to get used to and the side buttons make internet browsing easy because they are for previous page and next page. I bought a second one after 3 years and after the first one fell down 2-3 times when I was carrying the laptop open.
I do Video Editing and I was looking for a different mouse from the usual ones, so that my wrist doesn't hurt, as I spend several hours on the computer.
The mouse is worth it and it is really ergonomic and comfortable to hold, despite its strange shape.
The buttons are also placed in the right position.
Important observation: if your hand is small, I think you won't easily get used to it and it may tire you, because it is quite big. Generally, it is good to try it before buying it.
The only negative thing I noticed is that due to its height, it easily hits against things.
After months of pain in my wrist due to long hours of work (8-12 hours), the need for a change was urgent. I have had the mouse in my hand for only 2 days and the pain has already started to decrease, so I rushed to evaluate it and encourage others to buy it immediately if they have any doubts. On the first day, I didn't get used to it so much, but on the second day, I got the hang of it, although it still requires more familiarization. The mouse is sturdy, visually beautiful, and fits very well in the hand to the point where you simply rest your hand on it and it sits automatically. Despite being bulky (approximately 8.5x8.5x12), it is not heavy and is quite well-balanced. The right and left buttons make the characteristic click sound, and the scroll wheel is very smooth, although I would prefer it to be lighter and not so tight. I would also like the forward and backward buttons to be a bit more forward, as the thumb struggles to press the back button, causing my palm to move on the mouse, but perhaps others with a medium-sized palm would find it more comfortable. I customized the button on the top through the Logi Options program and set it to Delete, so I don't strain my hand too much on the keyboard, and in general, through the program, you can customize all the buttons. In terms of touch, the quality is high, with those lines that grip the skin and the silver detail that elevates the level. It has 3 functions to satisfy everyone, and the package also includes a charging cable. The mouse has a small light on top that flashes green when charging, and logically, it may turn red when it needs charging. Compared to other mice I have had, it is instantaneous when you pick it up after leaving it on standby, something that I had to wait 4-5 seconds for with previous mice. I use it on a solid carved wooden table and I have absolutely no problem via Bluetooth. Finally, I did a test moving the mouse from one edge of the screen to the other, holding it normally but also with a horizontal wrist (like regular mice), and you immediately feel the pressure that the wrist receives with a regular mouse. I can't find anything negative except for the back button that gives me a little trouble, but it definitely deserves its price because it relieves the wrist quite a bit. I will come back after testing it for months to see how it performs in terms of battery life. Update: 1 month later, I have completely forgotten about the wrist pain. I didn't expect it to go away completely and so quickly, and the change to a vertical mouse has become something normal for my hand. The battery seems to be somewhere in the middle, unfortunately, it doesn't mention the percentage on the bar, something that I would like to be corrected through an update so that we have a gauge. Tip: Be careful when drinking your morning coffee in a cup, don't pass it over the mouse, they will definitely collide. That's it, I declare myself very satisfied.
Very good mouse. It probably suits better when the hand is of medium or larger size. It has three ways of connection (cable, Bluetooth, dongle) and it is rechargeable. It helps with hand fatigue but it takes a little time to get used to it.
Second day and I realize that vertical mice are not a cure-all for wrist problems. Personally, I have an issue along the entire length of the nerve from the neck to the wrist, and this particular mouse helped me change the posture in which I hold the mouse in general, which significantly relieved the tension. From what I understand, ergonomic products take some time to get used to, just like wearing a brace, for example. It is a high-quality construction and has as many adjustments as the average user needs. Finally, I have assigned the Esc key to the top button and I don't touch the keyboard in the layout.
My hand was hurting before I bought it because I do a job that requires prolonged use of a mouse. Now my hand doesn't hurt anymore.
2. Poor thing has eaten a bunch of junk food and hasn't gotten sick!

Comment: Depending on how it is held (whether held low or high), its mechanical functionality changes completely, giving the impression that the speed of the pointer changes without needing any adjustments to be made.
After thorough research on all possible mice and after experiencing the first problems in the tendon from prolonged use with a conventional mouse, I ended up with the Logitech MX Vertical. The transition was easy and I would dare to say, almost instinctive. I didn't need to adjust to the different angle. From the beginning, it was easy to use, with immediate response to movements and for office work, which I need it for, simply perfect. I have had it for over a month now and I can say that any discomfort in the tendon disappeared relatively quickly and has not returned.
One way ticket!! Once you take it, there is no return.
Absolute comfort and relaxation specifically in the wrist and generally in the hand. Wireless connectivity, Bluetooth & USB receiver, but also wired where it charges simultaneously.
If there is one negative, it is the slightly hard buttons. Anyone coming from gaming will notice it. Others will find it difficult to perceive any negative difference.
Also, it is relatively large, so someone with a relatively small palm will not find it convenient. They will need to look at the other Logitech model which is smaller.
In conclusion, I will never go back to a classic 'horizontal' mouse!
Although at first it was very strange compared to the regular mouse, in the end it is very convenient and comfortable. At first, I had a feeling that my whole hand is in the air, but then I got used to it. It is ideal for my hand (I wear XL gloves).
The battery lasts quite a long time. I can't even remember when I last charged it!
I have bought 2. When it works, it is very good. But - the first one broke after about a year. It stopped charging and then simply stopped working. The second one that I have had for 6-7 months now takes a long time to charge. I don't know if I am lucky, but the fact that you can't use regular batteries is a problem.
Replace the Microsoft ergonomic mouse and I can say that within the first 5 minutes you realize that the design is wrong.
It is very light and the buttons are placed high. So when you click, either unconsciously you move the mouse or you press with your thumb to compensate for the pressure. If you press on a smooth surface, things get worse... I needed a desktop mat to limit the problem.
I will come back after a few days regarding the wrist strain issues, which I also don't see going well since I already have sensitivity from before.
After problems with my wrist, I tried an economical upright mouse. After 4 months, it was time for the "regular" one, the wireless Logi, that is.
I struggled to get used to it at first - it took me 7-10 days. After the difficult introduction, I got used to it and I can easily switch from my PC to my Mac (it also drags along the Logitech keyboard).
I consider it suitable for medium to large hands. The buttons make noise, but within reasonable limits. The battery lasts a long time - and charges via USB from the front (while you use it).
Good Logi quality, I hope it withstands the endless work hours, as it is a bit pricey.
Oh, every time I pass my hand over it, I knock it down (it's tall).
I have it for about 2 months. Very nice mouse, convenient, with many connection options. I have also bought a hard case specifically for it to carry it in my backpack along with the laptop. I haven't charged it again since I got it and it still shows full battery in the app!
I had been thinking for a while to get it but I hesitated because of the cost. When the second "crisis" of the wrist came, I bought it directly!
The difference is incredible from the very first contact, especially for someone who has struggled with their wrist.

First time using an ergonomic mouse, my hand immediately got used to it.
Very comfortable in the hand, it comes and fits naturally in the position of the hand.. its designers have done an excellent job.
It is rechargeable and comes with a cable. Currently, I have been using it for a month in an 8-hour daily work and its battery still hasn't run out.
It has 5 buttons, two of them are classic, one for the mouse pointer speed, and two other buttons on the opposite side for forward and backward navigation.
Overall, I am very satisfied with the mouse, it has been very convenient for me
In recent years, I have been using only a vertical mouse. Cheaper solutions by comparison... But they would break within 3-6 months. So, I decided to get something more reliable. It's not perfect in my hand, but it will be there for years!!
I had a vertical mouse in the past, but with this one you can feel the difference in build quality and the hand is definitely more relaxed
Very good grip, light to use and personally I didn't need any time at all to get used to it (I say this because I read here that you have to go to a store to try it to understand). For anyone who works or plays in front of a computer screen, it is the best.
