It is very easy to clean because it includes a removable water tank and removable tray for easy cleaning. It is extremely safe as it has overheat and overpressure protection.

Coming from Delonghi Debica as well as Gaggia deluxe grand style. The coffee maker is Bulgarian, it's not bad but it's the first time I tried something 'cheap' value for money. After looking at the reviews, I proceeded to buy it. In a few words, I have been completely satisfied for a month now as it makes a nice and decent coffee with specially ground espresso dimello forza that you can find in supermarkets, I have also tried other ready-made ones from coffee island and Costa Coffee. The result is the same every time. It's very easy to use, you turn on the machine and in a minute it has reached the temperature, as shown on the counter. It is relatively quiet for its plastic construction, it has a large water tank that easily makes ten espressos with one fill. Always use filtered water, not tap water. Also, once a month, if you make 4 coffees a day, it would be good to fill the tank with half water and half vinegar or apple cider vinegar and let it run completely to keep the machine in perfect condition. You don't need expensive special products, vinegar does the job easily and economically. It has a large group head that can hold over 20g of coffee if you tamp it well with a tamper that you need to buy separately in 51mm dimensions. I haven't tried the steam wand for cappuccino unfortunately, but those who have it will definitely do their job satisfactorily. Two years warranty from a Greek store, I don't know if there is a dealership in Greece but the store takes care of the service, always ask before buying it. At 65 euros, there is no better option, I recommend it to everyone, especially those who love Retro style things. Enjoy your coffee ☕
Initially, we were very satisfied with the device's performance and its purchase price. However, after 1.5 years, the device broke down and stopped producing coffee (as if it didn't have enough pressure). The damage was within the warranty period, so it was sent back to the store where it was purchased for a technical check-up.
After three weeks, the device was returned to us with an inadequate technical report stating that it only needed cleaning and that it was functioning properly. However, the device arrived with exactly the same problem and did not make a single coffee as if it had never been checked.
We used the device to make 2 coffees per day and cleaned it regularly.
It is a good device, but with a short lifespan.
For two days, it made good coffee. After that, with any combination of ground or freshly ground coffee, with meticulous cleaning and collecting advice from the internet, I couldn't make coffee that was drinkable. Of course, I wouldn't buy it again
It worked well for a few months and now that the coffee goes down in the cup, it has collected water and the coffee is no longer good at all, nor does it have a burnt taste
Very nice foam and beautiful coffee shop. However, its plastics look very fake. The other one I had of the same brand is much more solid. It takes strength to put the Group. I hope it softens over time.
After a few weeks, it stopped making foam. Does anyone have any idea why?
I will try to convey my experience after using the machine for 6 months, and based on the fact that at the beginning I had no idea how to make better coffee and then after a little research I started to care about how I would have a decent coffee and how I would achieve it with this particular machine. If there are no high demands, we are talking about a fairly cheap machine, and for use with coffee packaged from supermarkets, pre-ground, etc. I think it is a very good choice, and that it has nothing to envy from other machines in this price range, even slightly more expensive ones. It heats up quickly although it helps to leave it for 10 minutes, despite the fact that the light turns on in less than a minute but it is a bit annoying that it drips for quite some time if it heats up a little more. The steam wand does its job and I find it convenient to use it without the metal attachment it has because it cleans more easily. Also, the drip tray is very small and needs constant emptying. Now for some more specific things, first of all the tamper-doser included in the package is not very convenient because it is slightly smaller than the portafilter. There are 2 51mm filters inside the machine, with different capacities, and both pressurized, so the crema on the espresso is "fake" because it is essentially many small bubbles and not crema. As far as I know, this is present in many household machines, especially cheaper ones, and it helps to have something that looks like crema with any coffee you use, even packaged from the supermarket. They can be made non-pressurized if you unscrew them and remove the second wall, and that's how I use them, but it is not convenient to clean afterwards, of course there are normal ones on the market. It also requires more effort to have crema on the coffee, with proper grinding, tamping, and overall preparation. After some research, one realizes that a grinder to grind the coffee beans yourself is a one-way street if you want to experiment and significantly improve the quality of the coffee you will drink. However, the machine does not have enough "power", logical for its price, and with the single filter, for example, it cannot make crema even with careful coffee preparation. And here comes my objection with this particular machine, that is, if you want to "dig deeper" a little, to improve some things in the way you make coffee, this machine gives you very small margins. I would prefer to know all this from the beginning and save more money to spend. There are machines, especially from abroad, that offer much more things for a little to much more money, such as temperature control, larger "professional" size filters and consequently compatibility with more accessories, etc. In short, the machine is very good for simple use, beautiful and with the thermometer which is a nice addition, and I think it is a one-way street at its price. However, it has few to zero margins for upgrade, which again is logical for machines in this price range. However, with a grinder suitable for espresso and a scale for a little accuracy in dosing and extracting the coffee, it can make very decent coffees.
Tragic choice. The foam is like air and the coffee tastes awful.
I tried to make coffee before the relevant indicator lit up, but still the coffee is undrinkable.
Surely something is wrong with the pressure and temperature that the device develops.
For household use, it is exactly what I needed. I bought it specifically because I wanted better froth in my coffee, and until now I had the classic Italian briki, which didn't produce any froth at all. I bought this one and with only 63 € it couldn't make better coffee. It also makes perfect milk froth with the nozzle. Truly, for its price, it is the best.
Overall worth the money! Made of plastic but makes good coffee. Also I’ve noticed if you want to make the coffee really hot - warm up the water as you would for the frother and then use it for making your espresso , it’s very hot!
Coming from other models (including Arielli), this is by far the worst choice. It heats up quickly, looks beautiful... but it is unacceptable in making coffee. 5 coffees with Lavazza Rossa and only one had mediocre foam. The rest were watery. Tested with a special tamper and different pressure units. You press the button and after 3-4 seconds it makes coffee. Under normal conditions (90°-94° water, 15kg pressure), it doesn't make coffee. Anyone who knows about coffee preparation understands.
It may have been a specific batch issue with the machine because I read similar negative comments and other positive ones. I won't tell you not to buy it, I'll wish you good luck with the model you receive.
27/12/23 Update
The machine has a problem. Initially, it reached 94° for coffee, the green light indicating readiness would turn on and it would remain at a stable temperature. Now it reaches 110° to turn green and goes up to 120° where it stabilizes. This means burnt coffee 100%. Also, during extraction, the pump makes a rattling noise.
The milk frother, if you know how to use it, is relatively decent, but the holes in the nozzle often get clogged and after each use, it requires not only cleaning but also a bit of scrubbing. The coffee comes out plain, without any froth obviously. No matter what kind of coffee you use, no matter how good the quality is, the coffee turns out very bad
I bought it in red color and it is fantastic. The coffee is wonderful, strong steam and quickly reaches the desired temperature to make delicious frothy milk or chocolate. Perfect appearance......... Anyone who sees it immediately asks me where I got it from and how much it cost. It is impeccable
It makes very good espresso!!!
At the grind, you need to have it a little!!
You grind coffee at 2.5 for a home machine and you won't have a problem with the flow.
The machine is very decent, great coffee, it has been working for two years non-stop, making 5-6 coffees daily. It only needs cleaning with vinegar and baking soda. Everything is excellent!!!
It is the second day that I have it, it is actually a fake construction, however the coffee it makes is simply wonderful. I chose ground Starbucks and the frothed milk is also perfect. I don't know what result it would have with non-branded coffee, the only negative is the cleaning, the group is very tricky, it would be the only reason why I wouldn't buy it
After 1.5 years, the frother nozzle simply stopped working. From what I can see in another review, it has issues after 1.5 years. It seems like I need a new machine, what a shame...
First of all, I have to say that it is the most value for money coffee maker on the market... having had the machine for 4 years now, it has not presented any major problems. The coffee results are impeccable (having tried at least 20 coffee blends, both pre-ground from reputable coffee production companies and whole beans that I personally ground using a special grinder). The foam and crema it produces are excellent, and the pressure of the coffee maker is exactly what you need to make the most flavorful and properly brewed coffee. The nozzle is of the vertical type, meaning it releases air vertically, which is very convenient if you have a good milk frother, so that it produces creamy foam (in my opinion, it's better to use long-life full-fat milk). The temperature rises relatively quickly compared to other coffee makers priced at 200 euros and above, and as a former owner of a 600 euro automatic machine, I have to say that this coffee maker makes much better coffee than its competitors (both automatic and manual). The only negative point, which for me is not really negative but some users might find it inconvenient, is that it makes a bit of noise, which is normal since there is no completely silent coffee production device. For me, it is a coffee maker that will make you proud!
From the outside, it looks beautiful, but inside it's a disaster. Three months after I bought it, it started to not dispense coffee, as it didn't provide enough pressure to the water and ended up with water remaining inside the machine, only wetting the coffee. It underwent descaling, and for about two weeks, the coffee flowed normally, but then the same issue occurred again. Now, in order to make coffee, you have to use an amount equal to the "spoon" provided by the machine, NOT press it into the group head, and end up with a watery result with foam (this is because of the plastic filter). When I contacted the dealership, they told me they couldn't assist me because I bought it from a different store than the ones they collaborate with, and I should have sent it there first. Disappointing, the 2 stars are solely for its appearance.
Awesome for its price, I had a similar one with a price of 200 euros before and this cheaper one makes better coffee. Many positive reviews, it deserves them! Another one from me.
Well, because I really like to say things by their name, the frother is made like this if you know how to make it...... Even in a household machine! The foam it produces in my coffee is excellent and after 6 minutes that I was able to drink it, it still hadn't broken! However, someone needs to know (meaning they have read the instructions or have basic knowledge) because it is logical that if you have the nozzle open, then the pressure of the machine is distributed and it doesn't produce foam!!!!! Anyway, I am extremely satisfied and pleased with the choice of this machine!!!! I highly recommend it!
For the money, it is perfect!!!
Perhaps the only thing missing is the fact that it does not automatically stop the flow of water when making coffee, and if you don't pay attention, it can ruin the quality of the coffee.
In all other aspects, I am completely satisfied ☺️☺️☺️☺️
Beautiful device and easy to use. It makes a pretty good foam and satisfactory milk froth. The water container is transparent, detachable, and repositionable easily with a little caution. Moderate noise during use. It has no weight at all if you want to move it.
I didn't give it 5 stars because its construction is not sturdy and requires very gentle and careful handling to avoid scratching or breaking.
Other than that, it fully deserves its price!
Beautiful coffee maker with nice crema. Good for the price. To make good espresso you need to do the following: a) have a good manual grinder. b) good tamping with a spring-loaded tamper. c) coffee scale. d) pins for coffee aeration. e) the temperature when you start extraction should be at 92 degrees. If you do all these, you will make the best espresso. The only drawback of the machine is that it does not make good frothed milk because it has a higher temperature than it should.
Quite good for its price,,
You need a metal tamper.. and someone knowledgeable about coffee to guide you
Try it with ground coffee from COFFEE ISLAND at a ratio of 1:5 and the result is quite good
Extraction with volume (measuring cup) and coffee quantity with a scale
For the money, get it with closed eyes. Almost silent with very good flow and nice frothing. It doesn't take even a minute to warm up, I don't have an opinion on frothed milk but it works nicely (I saw it during the cleaning with water that I did). The fact that some people are not satisfied with the taste, I would say try different varieties, I tried 3 of them, one of which I didn't like at all.
