This project examines the application for revocation, as regulated by articles 205 par. 5 KDD and 52 par. 9 of PD 18/1989. The study also extends to research on the exercise of the revocation application against decisions granting temporary protection in disputes arising during the collection of public revenues, against decisions granting temporary protection issued in the context of disputes during the pre-contractual stage of public works, services and supplies contracts, against decisions on objections in cases involving foreigners, and against decisions granting temporary protection before the Court of Auditors. A significant part of the study also refers to the possibility of exercising a revocation application against interim orders. Further research also includes the exercise of a new suspension application against dismissive decisions on suspension applications under article 52 of PD 18/1989, to the extent that the conditions for exercising it coincide with those of the revocation application against decisions accepting the exercised suspension application under article 52 of PD 18/1989 (article 52 par. 10 of PD 18/1989). Finally, the project is characterized by extensive references to the revocation application of the Code of Civil Procedure (articles 696-698 of the Code of Civil Procedure).
