I had previously bought these headphones for another Samsung mobile phone and I was very satisfied with the sound and bass. However, now that I bought them again for the Samsung s23 ultra, I am surprised to find out that the phone displays a message saying they are not compatible. And of course, they don't work!!! Nowhere does it say that they are not compatible with certain devices!!! Additionally, the cable near the right (R) earphone was wrapped in such a way in the packaging that it was very damaged, almost like it was cut!!! Unfortunately, since they were not recognized by the phone, I cannot see if the headphones would have worked. It's a shame because I had a good experience in the past.

  For the Huawei P30 Lite that I had until the end of 2023 (with the other plug) was the best purchase. This year I bought the Samsung A54 and got these, as only this plug is supported by the device. Within 3 months they broke, and from what I saw no Samsung user is satisfied. Too bad because as headphones they are very good.

  Stay away from these headphones if you have a Samsung mobile phone. As soon as you connect them to your phone, the indication comes out immediately, NOT COMPATIBLE WITH THE DEVICE.
  If it is an older model Samsung, they simply DO NOT WORK, without any indication. I bought two together and both are the same.

  The reason I give it two stars is because it's a typical Huawei gadget, it breaks after a month. All, and I mean all, the reviews were made right after users bought the product, but after two months, one completely broke. In the first month, the sound had gradually weakened and I realized it was coming to an end. I bought it because I saw the good reviews, but while it was working, the sound was good, good quality. But it's a bit silly and pointless to buy headphones every two months because they break every two months. It's better to get one for 20 euros or more, or to get cheaper ones from a marketplace.   I bought them because with the new "trend" they no longer include a headphone jack, not even in tablets (ridiculous!!). So, for me, the use is exclusively for when I don't want to bother those around me. They are relatively comfortable in the ear, but the quality is mediocre to poor (the cables are super thin). They work on Huawei tablets but not on One Plus. I haven't tested the microphone. The controls work perfectly on the Huawei tablet. They are expensive for what they are (purchased for 9 euros without shipping). A price of 5-6 euros would be representative for what they offer and for what they are. Update after 2 months: the left earphone simply split in half, and now I have access inside... I didn't hit it, I didn't mishandle it, nothing like that. I've probably used them about 30 times since I got them, not in outdoor environments. And the left earphone simply split in half like a peanut. I glued it, but this quality doesn't even exist in the No name products from China that are produced by the kilo... Such a shame.

  Decent headphones for hands-free use, and if you don't want your phone "cooking" your head. I also use them to listen to some shows on internet radio, so I wear them for quite a while (over half an hour) without any issues in my ears. A bit uncomfortable since I got the bulk packaging and it didn't have the silicone protective covers (some membranes that help them fit well in the ear). They have been convenient for me (like others of the same kind) while driving, wearing - obviously - only one. Note: when listening to music with these, a single touch of the middle button functions as "play/pause," while a double tap functions as "next song." I haven't discovered a "previous song" function.

  Mercy! From sound quality and comfort at a satisfactory level but they broke in a month (at the point where the type-c connector is). Also intense discoloration (they turned yellow very quickly). More or less the same with the "genuine" ones that came with the phone (HUAWEI) as well as with 2-3 Chinese ones that I tried.
  I can't find type-c headphones or 3.5mm to type-c adapters that last more than 2 months. I'm tired of spending 10 euros.
  My previous 3.5mm headphones, Denon brand, not particularly expensive, something less than 30€, still work after 7 years. They have fallen, I have stepped on them, they have been in the washing machine countless times and apart from 2 decorative plastic pieces that have come off, they still work perfectly! The same goes for the headphones from the iPhone 3gs, 10+ years old if I'm not mistaken!
  Huawei is unacceptable for its accessories!

  I bought them on 27/12/18 for use with the Huawei P10 Plus, which has a type C & 3.5" jack.
  Sound quality: excellent, with more than enough (midrange + high frequencies, true hi-res), and in terms of volume, they lose a bit in the lows, but it can't be better due to the category of earphones that simply sit in the ear.
  Cons: for my specific phone, I can't take calls, they can only be heard from the phone and not from the specific hands-free device.
  I will come back with an update.

  Incredible... if you told me that you would hear such sound from a pair of 15 euro earbud headphones, I wouldn't believe it at all!!!

  First of all, personally, I have found that only earbuds fit comfortably in my ears... neither in-ear nor ear-hook nor anything else. These are by far the best headphones I have tried, along with some older Sony ones. Crystal clear sound - incredible highs - good bass (which, if adjusted through a mobile app, will blow your mind with how it plays). Especially with flac files, the sound is crystal clear.
  2-year warranty from Huawei... you get them yesterday!!!!
