Toyota 4age 20v silvertop 5-speed with a free differential. Having used these lubricants for 5000km after a preventive change from the previous ones without any problems, the gearbox was scratching with every gear change. The gears were shifting normally but scratching, so I switched to ELF NFP 75W-80 and after 1000km, the gearbox started to smooth out. After 3000km, it became excellent without any problems at all, and it now shifts smoothly even with flat shifts (quick shifts) without any issues at 5000km. Generally, I trust Motul, but after using ELF, it will be difficult for me to switch to something else.
In Mazda 2, the oil was changed preventively without any issues, and now with these oils, the feeling has become terrible. The reverse gear, which used to engage smoothly, now only goes in half the time and requires 2-3 attempts.
When it's cold, the gears don't engage smoothly like they used to and give a feeling of scratching. I don't believe that the Motul oils are of poor quality, it's just that in my case, they don't match the transmission.
-- EDIT 30/04/2024 --
After about 6000km, I couldn't take it anymore and finally threw them away. The feeling of the transmission continued to be terrible, so I switched to elf NFX 75w GL-4, where the difference was immediately noticeable on the first drive. The gears now engage smoothly and there are no more issues with the reverse gear. Personally, I will never use Motul oil in a transmission again, not even for testing.
In suzuki swift sport with m16a engine, the gearbox was perfect before, I changed them preemptively by using these motul ones and now the shifts have become smoother. Money well spent, I would do it a thousand times again.
After a lot of searching and research regarding Opel's valve oils (those who know understand the major issue), I used Motul valve oil and both myself and the gearbox were saved with approximately 300,000 km. The "difficult engagements" and the "grinding" of reverse stopped.

Very good gear oil
For Ford Focus model with IB5 gearbox, it doesn't work at all.
The gearbox of the suzuki swift sport m16a is amazing. Very satisfied!

For years, I have been using MoTUL lubricants, so I also chose the same company for the engine oils.
