Very questionable quality and the treatment from the company personally did not leave me satisfied at all. We had the product for 8 days, my child is 2 months old, not even 5 kilos, and barely turns his head. I say all this because in its specifications it says it is for up to 6 months and can withstand 9 kilos. Well, from the 7th day it started to move slightly at any speed. When I contacted the store, they informed the company and they told me that they cannot replace it and give me a new one, but I had to send it through the store to be repaired, and because the holidays are coming, I will have it after the new year. Well, I believe that since it broke so quickly, it should have been replaced immediately with a new one and the company should absorb the loss. Because it is not a simple cheap rocker and I did not even use it for a month, the fact that it broke within 8 days shows that it had an issue from the beginning and they should have shown the sensitivity to provide a new one. Not to mention that I am considering whether to put my child on it even after the repair.
